A New Service, part 2 by Ken Great story! A part 3 would be awesome! More about his adventures as a newly male pattern man…like how he feels about trying out different barbershops when he gets his horseshoe trimmed …his different life’s experiences as a man that now has a very conservative look…. Does he dress differently now, like more conservatively? by Anonymous on 26 Jul 2025
George's Surprise Shave by SailorNaruto52 Very bad serie. Impossible to follow what you really want to say, what is your final message. by Mario on 26 Jul 2025
Prisoner of Desire 1 by GenetFan I really enjoyed the lyrical prose and how this narrative explores powers and its contracts. Hope to see more! by Zero on 26 Jul 2025
A Serious Haircut by Sean Barnet Same feeling as the first comment, calling people you don’t know or "superiors" (like a teacher or boss) "sir" is normal. But doing that with your own family members just feels weird it makes it seem like there’s some distance between people.
We’re probably dealing with a major cultural difference here, I think. by Caroline Leed on 25 Jul 2025

A Serious Haircut by Sean Barnet Anon, I grew up in the 70's and while the 'standard' relaxed as the decade progressed, I remember being told to say "yes sir" and "yes ma'am" as a natural reference to all elders. So it wasn't strange to my growing up years... by DaysGoneBy on 24 Jul 2025
A Serious Haircut by Sean Barnet Great story @Sean! It’s a boy becoming a man. Attitude is the start. Appearance is next, especially with a short haircut.
Back then, a haircut like that was extreme. Today that would be considered the stylish bald fade. I love seeing this haircut (minus the brylcreme). Once you get used to having short hair, it’s hard to let it grow back.
As a boy, I used to get these haircuts and always looked forward to having the clippers skin the back and sides. Getting the top buzzed never happened then. If I knew then what I know now, I would have asked to have my whole head buzzed/shaved. I always knew that once I started getting my hair cut short again, it would only be a matter of time until my whole head was buzzed or shaved. It really is soothing to have clippers run over the back and sides. Even more soothing to have it run over your entire head.
Please keep the stories coming! They are enjoyable. by Pauldy on 24 Jul 2025
