Mr. Helm Gets the Green Light by Manny Wow, @Manny’s stories are always great but this one is fantastic! I expected to read about two matching flattop’s but instead this kid took the courage I wish I had at that age and got the ultimate man’s haircut, a completely bald shaved head! Other short haircuts are okay, but nothing looks or feels as great as getting a full lather shaved bald head. I wish I could have overlooked the teasing at a younger age and succumbed to the shaved head I always wanted.

Thunderdome by KF_NDN I like what I’m reading, so far. Too needs to request a full razor head shave to really have a truly bald head! Hopefully he soon realises this and gets it shaved skin smooth. The difference between a no guard and a smooth shaved head is tremendous. The look and feel of a skin smooth bald head is hard to beat!

PART TWO: Damien's Choice by Lemon A great story! Unlike most readers here, I tried to seek out the barber’s who would inflict brutally short haircuts. If I went to a barber and they tried to talk me out of a haircut, saying it was really short, they were one and done. I always wanted someone who would inflict the short haircut. I finally found a barber who was ex military. If I said skin the back and sides: no problem. I left the chair with only hair on top. The times I went in and announced I wanted my head shaved, he would only ask if I was serious. I confirmed. Then he’d ask how short (too many guys would say head shaved and it could mean a 2 all over). My response "as short as you can take it, right to the skin!" I left delighted. Only problem, he wouldn’t shave. I enjoyed my trips to the barber but once I decided a smooth shaved bald head was now my permanent style. This was all long before shaved heads were in style (I was one of the few, the bald!). Now seems like most traditional barbershops do head shaves (if you can find a traditional shop anymore). Needless to say, it’s a pleasure when I find a traditional shop that does no nonsense head shaves.

Jack and Tom by Bald Guy 95 Not sure how I missed this one, but DAMN, it’s hot! This is very similar to the way I first got my head shaved. I was very self conscious about my bald head at that time and wore a hat until it mostly grew back (I HATE wearing hats). I never thought I’d have the balls to get my head shaved. After a few attempts at full head shaving, with the help of father nature, I gained enough courage to finally get and keep my head shaved completely bald. Since then, I’ve never looked back and only regret is not having gone with the bald head years earlier. Back then, bald white guys were rare. Now I show my bald head with pure pride! Moving by Jarino To go from 11 inches to 3/8 or less would be nerve wracking at first, especially going back to the old school and being teased about basically being bald (back then, anything that short was considered bald). However, going to a school where everyone had the same haircut, I would have quickly adapted and learned to like short hair earlier in life. Once your hair is buzzed or shaved, you won’t miss it as the ease and freedom from being a slave to your hair goes away.

The only part he missed is getting shaved against the grain. I love running my hands over my head to feel only smooth skin. I think we all feel a little shocked or scared the first time we get our heads shaved. I was also self conscious being the only baldy. But now I show off my smooth bald head with pure pride! Also, nothing feels better than getting your head shaved. I almost sort of miss not having hair that grows on top of my head as shaving that part was always the most sensual area. En cuanto tuvo la oportunidad de humillar a aquel joven rebelde la aprovechó. Entabló buenas relaciones con su padre y actuó en complicidad con éste. Se trataba de acabar con las incipientes melenas de aquel muchacho, dejarle listo para acudir al servicio militar. Los viejos allí presentes también disfrutaron viendo como despojaban de su cabello al chaval. Get Used To It by Raldo (recovered) Great story about fighting a short haircut initially only to decide you love it. I always have to agree with the comment that going even shorter is better. For guys, there’s no such thing as too short when it comes to haircuts. Hopefully this boy got a full on buzz cut or even a baldy for the summer.
