Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny Love, love, love!!! Did anyone else notice Kenny's own transformation -- hating short hair....understanding his father's position....and then embracing the traditional look too? It's amazing how Manny can develop characters so quickly in relatively short stories. The other person of interest to me is Frank Smith. Knowing Manny, that showy mustache will be on the chopping block if there is a sequel. And perhaps Frank and Ron will develop an interest in each other? by Anon on 03 Mar 2024
Uncle Charles Part III: Shine by elliottrainbow Awesome story! This is one of my favorite series on the whole site! I love the constantly tightening discipline Uncle Charles is administering. Would love for this series to continue if you have the desire. by Buzz on 03 Mar 2024
Sir Orders a Shearing by Almost Well written story. Would have love to had a Sir to keep me clipped. Especially in my long haired days in the late 70’s and early 80’s. by JJ on 03 Mar 2024
Uncle Charles Part III: Shine by elliottrainbow I wish I could find a Sir as strict as Uncle is. A good paddle, head shave and shine every Saturday. by JJ on 03 Mar 2024
The Making of a Marine by Geoff Good clean story. Although I lived in a town with military installations, there really wasn’t a barbershop like that. I did finally find an ex military barber who cut my hair just about like that. Unfortunately he wouldn’t do the shave so 00000 on back and sides had to do. I loved going in and getting it buzzed down every week. The only haircut better is what I advanced to: a completely shaved head. Since my barber wouldn’t use the blade, I became an expert at shaving my own head almost daily. I did and do miss the barbershop interaction though. When I do go, I love watching the nervous reactions of other guys watching me getting everything shaved smooth and hairless.
Hopefully this kid learns to love the flattop as much as I did. Once I went short on my hair, I could never imagine going back. Now, I can’t even imagine having any hair. by Pauldy on 03 Mar 2024
Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny Hope any sequal includes a return of Bob Colton, who played such a big part in the original "Mr. Ennis' Discipline" story. Him and his wife are unique characters in this great series. by Hi-Tite on 03 Mar 2024
Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny Lovely story. I was pleased to see Mr. Ennis ending up with a nice slicked side part, rather than a buzz, butch of flattop. And I, too, would love to see a sequel where Steve and Mrs. Ennis are both brought firmly back to simpler times. by f35h on 02 Mar 2024
My Hairless Boyfriend by NotAVeryGoodWriter Being able to shave my boyfriend’s head and then having him shave mine would be awesome beyond words! Honestly, I am glad for my alopecia (MPB). With this, I have no choice but to keep my head the way I love it; shaved smooth bald. by Pauldy on 02 Mar 2024
A Hundred More Butches - Part 2 by Butchme @Anon, thanks for recommending these stories. As a boy, I would have referred to a butch as "hair shaved off". The sides and back were usually skinned, which I loved the feel of getting it cut and the sensation of fine sandpaper afterwards. Dad always got it cut with hair long enough to comb on top. Perhaps, it was because he was bald on top and kept a combover. I definitely inherited his baldness. Mine even more than his was (which I am completely fine with). As a boy though, I really wished my parents had made me get it all buzzed off. I am sure I would have been hooked and that would have at least been my summer haircuts.
Oh well, can’t turn the clock back but at least I will always have a smooth bald head since 25 years ago. by Pauldy on 02 Mar 2024
Gym Barberette by IvyLeague Zoe now needs to finish the job on the next round and shave him smooth bald. They will both enjoy that experience. by Pauldy on 02 Mar 2024
Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny Another classic, @Manny! Love the time subtle message with the Monkey Wards poly suit. Was really liking the sexual chemistry between the two men too.
You really do need a follow up story to this.

Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny The 70s was the worst time for fashion. Long silly hair, stupid colored men's leisure suits and pants suits for women. You have got to pick this up so we see Steve and his mom shorn by an eager barber and hairdresser. Imagine if Mrs. Colton happened to coincidentally be at the Beauty shop at the same time Mrs, Ennis shows up? Steve in a flattop? Yes!! And it might be fun to see how the haircuts affect all three after such a big change. Maybe with Ron promoted at work and his wife and son finding the simpler, clean-cut life a lot more satisfying. by Neatness Counts on 02 Mar 2024
Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny A new variation on one of Manny's best stories. I'd long been hoping for this. Would there be any way, Manny, to do a story combining Steve's upcoming flattop (which I suspect will bring some resistance on his part) with Mrs. Ennis's drastic makeover (both hair and clothing) under Mrs. Colton's careful gaze? I loved the original "Mr, Ennis' Discipline." It reminded me of my own situation. I had the 70's look of long hair, muttonchop sideburns, etc.. and most of my family could not stand it. And I was not a sloppy hippie type. Under pressure, with a family wedding upcoming, I went to a local barber who removed it all taking me back to the 50's. In 24 hours I said this is me, not that other trendy stuff. I met a girl at the reception who loved seeing a clean-cut guy. We've been married 50 years. More short hair, suits and ties for men, more neat dresses and short, modest hairdos for the women would have our society in much much better shape. I've had a flattop for years and wouldn't have anything else! Bravo, Manny! by Cleancut4ever on 02 Mar 2024
Magnífica historia y perfecta descripción. by Hombre de Bien on 02 Mar 2024
Simpler Times for the Ennis Family by Manny What a great story....so many subplots! Seduced and dominated by Kenny, encouraging his wife to get a short, stiff bouffant style, and preparing to have Steve sheared! I hope there a future installments to finish all of those stories....
Saludos. by HombreDelMal on 01 Mar 2024

Off by Jerrod Most guys really do look better shaved completely bald. It’s rare to see a guy who would look better with hair. I am especially in awe of guys who obviously have a full head of hair but choose the shaved head style . Once you realise how easy a bald head is, it’s hard to want to let your hair grow back. by Pauldy on 01 Mar 2024
Becoming a Shaved Man by Mike S. There was a guy in my high school that went on a group tour of the local army base. From what I was told, they got the full tour. When they got to the barbershop, they were asked if they wanted a free haircut. He was the only one to accept. The rest of the group couldn’t believe he did that (this was late 1970’s). He came back to school with what I now known as an induction cut. I, of course, was hiding behind my long coat of hair and couldn’t imagine a haircut like that then. If I were in hs now, I think I would have wanted to go and might have actually been brave enough to join him. Hair on a male is just such an unnecessary thing. by Pauldy on 01 Mar 2024
Bob's Brat by Oopsie Hi Oppsie. Will we get to read how Jason discovers his hair is not growing back on top. Will he get a toupee or grow his sided out full and wear a hat in fear of it being taken off? Does he become a better person. by Barbershop Thill on 29 Feb 2024

An Actor And A Veteran Host a Dinner by Zero Hi, thadeusz! Not sure if you've read my comment on the other part, so just going to repost here since you've commented on both: Once more, thanks a lot for reading and reviewing and for the idea! I honestly can't picture it. I feel like Pierre is done with the Marines for the most part and Thomas does not strike me as the enlisting type (unless there was a draft or a war, maybe?). Just my opinion! However, if you feel called to write something like that, I would be thrilled to read you and you have my blessing, man! Thanks a lot, again! :) by Zero on 29 Feb 2024
A Dream Come True by Flatty Wow, great story! You were brave to go so short on the first go. My first go at a flat, I too was nervous. I was out of town and across the country. I asked for a long length flat and that’s what I got. Still on my road trip, I knew this flat wouldn’t work with my extremely fine hair. It was already acting unruly after just a day. Driving through small town Nebraska, I stopped in a one man barbershop and told him this length of flattop wouldn’t work with my hair ( my desire was for a much shorter one anyway). He took the back and sides down to the skin and gave me a severe horseshoe. In a matter of two days, I had lost 95% of my hair! I went into a truck stop gas station not long down the road and remember feeling like everyone was staring at my almost nonexistent hair. After that I made it home and that style of flattop was faithfully recut maximum every 10 days. I found an ex military barber who wasn’t shy about keeping me buzzed down to nearly nothing. That was my style for several years until MPB made my horseshoe nearly impossible. Most of you regulars know what happened to my hair after that.
This story has many similarities to my hair history. by Pauldy on 29 Feb 2024

Internado San Raimundo. Gran trabajo. by Alberto Veterano on 29 Feb 2024
Grandpa – part 3 by Chovanec love your stories by Anon on 29 Feb 2024
Death Sentence part 3 by Sockboy Hi Sockboy. Since this is a haircut story also I suggest adding more description as the officer lifts and snops curls off Davy's mop and drops then in his lap. Decrive how it feels as the officer traces his finger where his hairline will receed on each side of a middkd point. How Davy freaks seeing his new bald spot as the officer holds up a mirror for him and latter as he tries to comb his treasured hair over it to hide it. How he feels as the officer combs through his sprayed wet lockd on top after thinning it out with the Lazer zapping that he had to watch go from thick to thinner density andcseeing hair pile up in the comb. zthe shock aeeing his scalp now visible through his thinning curls in his bathroom overhead light . The struggle to style his hair with mousse and hairspray in the morning as he has to adjust to young from a guy who has enviable thick hsir to a permanantly balding guy growing it longet to try and comb over the bald dome he is starting to have. by Barbershop Thill on 28 Feb 2024
Extra sharp by Buzz cutter I really liked this story. Maybe in the next installment they shave each other. by Buzz2none on 28 Feb 2024
Death Sentence part 3 by Sockboy I’m really liking these ideas in here, especially about the tattoo as well as the being fitted for a hat, he could still be left with just a Norwood 7 and just have a very small, narrow tattoo in it because the dip in his fringe in the back of his head needs to be low enough that a hat still won’t come down low enough to completely hide his newly made naked scalp above his low fringe line. I also like the idea of him keeping his eyebrows, just being turned into a very conservative looking, very severely bald headed young man…creamed and scraped all while still wearing those white socks… by Balding man on 28 Feb 2024
The Cabin In The Woods Part 2 by Jonathan I too would have kicked and fussed about getting a baldy at that age. My grandpa tried to get me short haircuts (only back and sides though). The only real reason I objected was fear of being teased about my big pointed ears. I think I would have felt totally tortured if all of my hair had been buzzed off. But I know I would have enjoyed the feel of it if my whole head was buzzed. I wish my head had been completely buzzed as a kid. If so, I would probably have asked for it, at least during the summer. As many extreme short haircuts as I got, starting during my college years, I never really got the top buzzed. Yet that is the area I would have enjoyed most. By the time I realised this, most of my hair on top was going away fast. At that point, to me, my only real option was to get my head shaved. It drives me nuts to see guys who have lost a good bit of hair still hanging on to it. If I had it to do over, I probably would have done #1 buzz cuts all over in college. Once my hair was noticeably thin at 29, I should have pulled the plug on hair and committed to a shaved head earlier than I did.
A boys summer retreat like this would have been fun, including the baldy haircuts. by Pauldy on 28 Feb 2024
Internado San Raimundo.
A point to prove by Luke Travis Poor Graham never had a chance. Women in that era loved to see longhaired boys shorn to acceptable lengths. Not all the women who felt this way were hairdressers. Grandmothers, aunts, neighbor women and family friends wuuld all jump at the chance, even if they weren't skilled with scissors, to get the hippie-beatle hair off a kid who might not put up a fuss. My neighbor had hair over the collar and ears and his mom threatened to drag him to her beautician and have it styled like a girls, and then being put into dresses. by Butchwhackz on 28 Feb 2024
