Hace cincuenta años existían centros de estas características. Los padres que no podían hacer carrera de sus hijos los consideraban como la última solución para que domasen a sus vástagos varones. Creo sinceramente que aquel pobre chaval envió aquel escrito con las mejores intenciones del mundo; no me cabe duda de que su arrepentimiento era totalmente sincero. Sin embargo, esta actitud de sincera humildad descoloca a un personaje tan autoritario como don Alfonso, acostumbrado a tratar con dureza a sus discípulos. Dare Backfires! by Plastic_Hair_Cape_Lover I don’t understand guys who love a shaved head but don’t keep it. Back when I decided, after three previous goes at it, to keep it shaved permanently, I was a little nervous going into an interview completely bald. Turns out no one cared at all (in 1999, bald heads were uncommon on white guys). I got the job and was even given the nickname "Bald Wonder" as I knew how to take care of business. Since then, I’ve never thought twice about being bald, even if I’m the only one. Funny enough, since that time, many old friends and colleagues have since joined the baldy club. Uncle Charles Part II: Head Shave by elliottrainbow To me, head shaving should not be used as discipline. Instead it is teaching a man (or boy) proper style/grooming. I find a shaved head with just clippers to not look sharp in a day or two. A smooth bald head feels cleaner. When I occasionally treat myself to a barbershop head shave, they often want to powder my head at the end, but I opt for something to make it shine. Nothing better than a shiny bald head.

You will remember this day for a long ti by domko7777 In 1976, I decided to get a 3/4 inch burr cut. Not the fashionable thing to do. I wish I had had the sides and back done just like the boys in this story. It would have looked really good. Would have been better yet if I had kept it short.

If you really want to look polished for the interview, lather it up and shave it clean. A smooth bald head makes a great impression. Peter - Half Term Haircut by buzztob Simon has the right idea about haircuts. Rarely will a parent, especially a father get upset at too short a haircut. He should have gotten buzzed down just like this guy. In fact, I would opt for shorter than a #3 on top. If you have fine hair, like I used to have, it would turn to a mess not long after the haircut (including on the sides). Even a #2 does the same thing. A#1 or shorter would definitely be better for these young lads. Once the comments go away and the maintenance went away with the haircut, this is a very easy haircut.
First meeting in the barbershop - part 2 by Jarino Love these stories where boys get buzzed down to stubble, especially when they’re still in school. The humiliation would have been strong but the feel of just stubble all over the head, electrifying. Also, the idea of not having to worry about my hair would have been great. I wish my parents had subjected me to this type of haircut (like most of my cousins got). The constant nagging about combing my hair would have been gone. Peter - The Wedding Haircut by buzztob Sounds like you needed to learn what a short haircut was all about. Unless the back and sides are skinned, I don’t consider it short. Hopefully this barbershop is where you go from now on. The short haircut will grow on you (no pun intended). The biggest surprise in this story is that the guy going into the military was left with any hair. Curtains Fall by Manny Another AWESOME story by Manny!The truths to this story are so real: the idea of buzzing your head down is so spot on for anyone who gets turned on by short haircuts. The thought of having a good looking guy taking charge and doing it, even better! The power of suggestion is great. Seeing someone else do what you have always wanted to do, but a little too chicken is often the needed encouragement.
I remember spending many hours in front of the mirror with clippers in hand, buzzing over the back and sides of my head, always afraid to mow the top. The flattop was great but still I wanted to go more. Between another guy or two at work shaving their heads and me losing enough hair on the top that my horseshoe would almost be two pieces. The flattop was no longer feasible. Just like this story, the clippers came out, but with no guard attached. I was finally going to have the bald head I had always wanted.
I’d love a sequel where the guys decided to go skin and ended each other’s smooth bald heads.

Joe Downs' Homecoming by Manny You know what? I know female haircutting stories aren't for ths site. But if a talented writer like F35h (who does male stories here and female elsewhere) would take Manny's scenario and run with it, imagine the moms in this same town forcing their long-haired, bluejeaned hippie-looking daughters into a similar situation. The flowing hippie girl locks give way to resectable pixies, bouffant, tight, curly perms, beehive and bob hairdos.
