Transformation by Jerrod As a young man I lost my hair during the 90’s when full-on head shaving like this and still before the norm…you just got what was left cut/buzzed short like to a 1 or 2 all over…after college I’d had my first real job and was traveling for work and forgot my clippers at home so I’d went to an old school, traditional barbershop close to my hotel to get it cut and the barber, an older man maybe in his early sixties gave me my actual first full-on "bald guy" haircut in that he actually tapered my side’s and back from like a 2 down to a 1 with a zero across the top…it was definitely a shock as I wasn’t really expecting all of that but in retrospect it did a lot better than how I normally buzzed it…he even did the lather/straight razor around my ears and sideburns…I was definitely conflicted because on one hand I knew it looked a lot more professional but the cut actually made the horseshoe even more prominent and I’d never seen myself yet with the top shaved down to the skin by Memories on 16 Oct 2024
