Cathairsis (Part 8) by Fantasy Weaver So much is happening in this chapter, and it’s so fun to read and see all these threads come together! Keiji was a delight. I can just imagine him with his new style, stunning people left and right. The interactions between Rah and Aden are still the heart of the story for me, and I love this game of mirrors between all the characters, how their stories reflect and connect with each other. The contrast between this chapter and the last perfectly balanced the pacing, giving the story space to breathe and shift focus to expand on itself. I’m still curious about whether we’ll eventually see Aden use the safeword and the hints we’ve gotten about his family. I am also looking forward to when Rah gets the wedding photos, obviously HAHA. INCORPORACIÓN A FILAS 3 by BARBERO MILITAR Lo que más me gusta de este relato, que al parecer está basado en hechos reales, es que aparecen muchos personajes que le confieren a la trama un mayor dinamismo. Cada uno tiene sus propias características. El sargento Verdasco era el típico hueso, autoritario en extremo y que disfrutaba pisoteando a los reclutas; por el contrario el sargento Vidal es más comprensivo y paternalista, aunque sabe imponer la disciplina, especialmente en materia capilar. Aparece un sabelotodo que se cree con derecho a conservar la mayor parte de su pelo y evitar que le rapen la cabeza. Por último, Charnego es un barriobajero metido a barbero que disfruta humillando a los reclutas mientras los pela. An Old-Fashioned Barbers by Snipped Sam I always loved the short haircuts my dad took me to get until I got teased about my big funny shaped ears. Sadly, this took me to about 12 years of hair covering my ears. It was long for me and my mother never let it hit my collar. Had I not been teased, I’m sure I would’ve kept it short and been excited to get it cut. I probably would’ve also asked for and gotten buzz cuts at least for summer. My parents tried to get me to get my head buzzed once when my cousin got his buzzed ( they kept him buzzed short as he pulled his hair out: OUCH). Looking back, I wish I had braved the buzz cut. I bet I would’ve been a short hair convert long before I was.
I always said if my hair started to gos short and off the ears, it would eventually all go. True to my thoughts, it sure did. I only wish I had the balls to buzz and finally shave my head earlier in life.

No se habla de las consecuencias que tendrá el haber pelado al cero riguroso a este pobre alumno huérfano. Posiblemente sus compañeros, cuando regresen de las vacaciones navideñas, se mofen de él y le pongan algún mote como huerfanito rapadito. El sometimiento es total. El hermano Gabriel ha conseguido meter en cintura, enderezar, someter a su voluntad al chico díscolo. Sabe que jamás le volverá a faltar al respeto porque el miedo al castigo se lo impedirá. It deliberately doesn't have to be combed perfectly and the less you mess with it the better the curls form. This story is what a straight haired person thinks. Podría haber sido verdad pero todo es demasiado perfecto. El cacheo corporal al que le someten es demasiado drástico, en los año ochenta no creo que fueran muy habituales este tipo de prácticas. En las grandes ciudades como Barcelona siempre quedaban locales en los que el tiempo se había detenido, se encontraban al margen de la moda. Posiblemente se trate de la fantasía del autor y esta vieja barbería de la calle Talleres jamás existiese. Tendré que investigar al respecto. La descripción del local es tan detallada que da la sensación de que fuera de verdad. A new barber in an old barbershop. by Vykonavatela No sólo los rapaba a su voluntad sino que también los humillaba fotografiando sus cortes al rape para exhibirlos en la pared de su barbería como modelos de rapados en niños. Vaya morbosidad la de este barbero. Al menos el Sr. Wilson solamente los oelaba pero no los exponía a la humillación de las fotos. Me imagino como dejaría los cráneos de los soldados, seguro que practicamente afeitados disfrutando de esos rapados impiadosos. Comparo al Sargento Simson con un barbero que tuve en mi niñez al que mi padre me entregaba con la orden de: "" Rapado como usted quiera Mr. Sonders . "" , pero no había fotos.
