It's Comb Over for you! by Barbershop Thrill In the early 90’s I had a similar experience except instead of the barber giving me a combover he actually just cut my remaining hair into a basic bald businessman’s haircut….sides and back combed straight down and cut short to about an inch with a taper around the ears and back and the top buzzed with a 1 guard…and he did talk to me as if I was like twice his age instead of maybe 5 or 6 years older by Walked out bald on 21 Dec 2023
I had never seen it before but it nails the feeling of getting a head shave in a real man’s man barbershop. Fortunately I found a barbershop like this nearby and agonisingly let my hair grow for a few days so I can feel the 00000 clippers running over my Norwood 6-7 MPB head. Between two different clippers (fortunately they go over my entire head even though I’m 75 % bald), followed by several steps in shaving. Sometimes it’s not as close as I shave it(on a daily basis), but it’s like a scalp massage on steroids! I also love watching the reactions of other guys who are almost as bald as me nervously getting their few hairs trimmed. Barberette Has Given Me My Last Haircut by Marshall I’d like to think this is a true story. If so, glad your uncle finally shaved some sense onto your head.
We all struggle with losing our hair (guys). It’s a tough battle to finally submit to going completely bald, but once we do, we wonder why it took so long to get to the conclusion that a completely bald head is awesome. I’ve now had a completely bald shaved head for almost 25 years and my only regret is I hadn’t done it sooner.

Hopefully their father decides this is a good haircut for both boys going forward and makes them continue to get these haircuts.
In summer, a good short scalping should be in order.
As a boy, I loved getting short haircuts like this. I only wished that either my parents had made me or I asked for buzz cuts. As much as I enjoyed the back getting buzzed, I would have loved having my whole head buzzed down to stubble. I still hear my mother nagging me to comb my hair. Jason's Plight (Rewritten) by Oopsie Sounds like this kid needs to learn a lesson in humility. Maybe his next cut the barber tells Jim he can keep some hair and proceeds to mow off his top to mpb, rubs in a hair remover on the stubble while cleaning 8t up around his ears, then washes away the stubble while shampooing his head and polishes his top to a shine. Ollie: The Model Municipal Employee by Manny Great story. I have embraced the flattop all my life. Sitting in the chair while a barber crafted a tight and perfectly sculpted cut was the best, especially at the end when the butch wax was applied and brushed in so the deck was perfectly at attention.

Back to Bald by Max There really is no better haircut than getting it all shaved off, especially for those of us with fine hair. I inherited my mom’s fine hair, along with grandma’s early greying combined with (much more severe than his was) dad’s MPB. A shaved head is my only option, but that’s fine as I was always fascinated by men with completely bald heads. I laugh when people act like a little hair will keep you warmer. Only issue I have with knit winter hats is that they slide right up my freshly shaved shiny bald head. On the contrary, when I work around insulation, I shave right before, as then there’s no stubble for the insulation to cling to. Iphi by VS Baldy Getting a short buzzcut during the school year would have already been teasing material in school, but a bald shaved head really would have done it! I so would have feared the teasing but would have loved having a bald head especially at a young age. Only way I would have been turned on more getting this cut would have been for a good looking guy shaving me. The cig smoke, repulsive but at least it wouldn’t have been in my hair: haha.
