La mortificación. Primera parte by Barbero Militar La tensión en este relato es máxima, no me gustaría estar en el pellejo de los chavales rebeldes. En la época de la transición, en ciudades grandes o lugares conflictivos, solía ser frecuente que los estudiantes, menores de edad, hicieran huelga para protestar por la situación política; más de uno se llevaron unos buenos porrazos por parte de los grises (así se conocía a los policías de la época). Sin embargo, el tal don Arsenio no va a consentir el menor conato revolucionario. Tiene las ideas muy claras y se va a hacer lo que el mande. Lo que le hicieron al barbero, su primo, es inconcebible, un acto de gamberrismo que raya en lo delictivo. Me imagino que los alumnos más díscolos acabarán con el pelo rapado. Death Sentence Part 5 by Sockboy I think this is a very interesting and intense story. Well done Sockboy, even though I do not wish this punishment on anyone in real life, unless it is a consensual role play.
I like your story for different reasons. I admire bald men and find them very masculine in general (i.e. Officer Madden despite his sadism). I also like the bald look on myself but I am not a tough masculine guy. I can relate in some ways to how Davey feels when he is shaved bald at a barbershop. When I got a head shave a long time ago at a barbershop, I had a wide range of mixed emotions from excitement to anguish while having to face questioning looks from barbers and strangers and negative reactions from family and friends. It was very enjoyable and distressing at the same time, and you captured this conflicting experience.
I am not into humiliation and threats. That said, I would encourage you to finish the series. I would proceed with full permanent balding for Davey's head but would leave his eyebrows and beard. It seems like Davey and Officer Madden are developing a relationship that may last beyond this punishment. Death Sentence Part 5 by Sockboy Ohh boy where do I begin. First off do you have to keep mentioning "thick white socks" in that particular way? The repetition almost makes it seem like a children’s story to learn descriptive words. Try using other words to describe the socks such as "luxurious", "winter", "warm", etc. or even the specific brand of socks. As someone who lives in a desert I don’t even know what said socks would look like unless I had a brand I can look up.
The next thing is realism. I do not think this kind of sadism is even acceptable for inmates who have committed worse crimes. Especially in this day and age. I get it is your story and you can do what you want (just providing suggestions based on my observations and my own feelings, you don’t have to use them if you don’t want to.) but the idea that a cop is doing this is very off putting. Instead what about a fantasy theme with magic that can do the same thing as the laser. It may not be realistic but I much rather see a dungeon master or torturer deal with this rather than a cop that really needs to take it down a notch or a thousand. If you want there to be more realistic you can say at the end that it was a dnd session. La barbería de Clemente 12 by BARBERO MILITAR El capítulo de este relato es el reflejo de una sociedad ultraconservadora, en la que el principio de autoridad estaba muy presente. Los padres, cabezas de familia, tenían la potestad de imponer sus criterios estéticos a sus hijos, les avalaba una mayor experiencia de la vida. El barbero Clemente también se arroga la autoridad, cuando sus clientes son menores de edad; le gusta tomar decisiones en materia capilar. El joven protagonista de la historia, por momentos, alcanza un mayor grado de nerviosismo y excitación. Es plenamente consciente de lo que se le viene encima. Por un lado, lo desea, quiere vivir la experiencia de caer en manos del inclemente y ser rapado sin piedad por sus maquinillas. Sin embargo, también le preocupa la opinión de los demás, de sus compañeros que tal vez se burlen de él. Todos los que hemos sentido morbo por estos temas nos identificamos con el chico. Lo de don Pascual y su hijo es de traca final. Para colmo de males, el perverso barbero abandona su trabajo para echar una mano y arrastrar al muchacho dentro de la barbería. Punishment Head Shave for Son by Alois My name is Hamed, I am 22 years old, tall and thin. One night at 2:00 am I was tramping like many other nights. I had maked my hair spiky. I was wearing a shiny black shirt and a pair of tight low-waist jeans with a studded cowboy belt. I always dress like this. I picked on a truck driver on the road near where I live on the pretext that he was speeding when crossing the intercity road, and I fighted and cursed him hooliganism, then he also came down and we fight together. I acted like a thug. Suddenly, two other people came from the back of the truck to help him (I thought he was alone). I couldn't escape and I got caught by those three cowards. The truck driver took my one of my feet and another one took my hand. The third one opened a road on my head with an old handy hair shaver that I didn't understand where he got it from, and then they kicked me and left. The next morning I had to go to a barber. I went to a Itinerant barber who was a fat Afghani man whom I knew. There was a waste and garbage collection area nearby. I explained the story them. There was also a homeless guy and both of them laughed at me. The barber said I have to make your hair shaved, that too with the number zero! I was forced to sit. Barber guy first shaved the right half of my head, which those cowards had opened the road, then half of my head became shaved while staying the other half spiky. So he shaved the left side, then it was just only the spiky hair in the middle of my head, which was like a wall in the middle of my head from the back to the front, and I had become like a punk. I was like that for a while, and then he shaved me from the back of my head and came to the front of my head and then I became full shaved. The homeless man took the head shaver in his hand and helped barber and carefully walked the head shaver on my head so that not even a single hair was left. After that, they rubed their hands on my head, which was rough like sandpaper. I stayed with a shaved head which was like sandpaper!

No sé que es peor si acabar en un correccional de los de la época o tener que soportar a un padre tan tirano. Para colmo de males, el barbero abandona su trabajo para ayudar a don Pascual a someter a su hijo; no se puede ser más ladino. My Story: The Final Frontier by Stopfordian Stationer What an awesome story about transformation to a bald head!
My story is extremely similar except I went the flattop route. Started with a standard flattop but realised within a day my fine hair would not be too cooperative. Was travelling across the country and stopped in a small town barbershop and had the flattop cut much shorter. I remember walking into a truckstop and having many people staring at me (horseshoe cut) with 00000 back and sides as well as skin showing on the top. This was early 90’s when haircuts like that really didn’t exist. Loved the look but the maintenance was high (fine hair doesn’t work so well for that cut). Father nature took the decision out of my hands. I had had my head shaved a few times previously. Finally bit the bullet in 99 and adopted the shaved head as my new permanent hairstyle (or lack there of). Looking back, wish I had skipped the flattop and jumped right to the bald head!

De pequeño era más rubio by Barbero Militar Una historia muy bien urdida, perfectamente estructurada. Se supone que está basada en hechos reales. Menudas se las gastan los padres musulmanes y más si son imanes, su palabra es la ley. Convirtió a un niño con apariencia de niña en un pequeño machote, sin un solo pelo en la cabeza. Tengamos en cuenta que le rasuró la cabeza, con navaja barbera y jabón.

The short story of a longhaired barber by Storyteller. I like going to a barber with longer hair or a specific style because it meant he appreciated making a style or keeping long hair when I want it long. I would have signed the lease and gotten into the shorter haircuts. Only difference, I would have asked him to buzz the sides down to the skin. And probably would have just asked to get the top buzzed down to a #1 (#2 didn’t stay neat for me).

I know what you mean when you mention those barber chairs on wheels - a bit like office swivel chairs - they were pretty common in many barbers of the 80s as they sought to modernise their shops. Never really liked them and wherever possible I would seek out places with proper traditional hydraulic chairs with the pedestal base.
