It seems many people like longer stories. The story was constructed and laid out well. It just bored me and didn't lead anywhere. That's only my opinion. My Path to Shaved by Smooth @Smooth shaved his head about the same time I started shaving mine. Just like he said in this story, my only regret was not doing it sooner. However, back in the mid 90’s there weren’t a lot of white guys with fully shaved bald heads. Now I’m happy to say I see bald heads everywhere. How I got my flattop by Snagg I like this story because it's real. O would love it if I had met a flattop wearer that gave me directions and then the shock of him suddenly being there and telling the barber so I had no chance to chicken out. Like it was meant to be. Maybe add some more detail on how the haircut felt like the cape going on and the feel of a hot towel and shaving cream as you realize the sides back and then top of you head Will soon be bald. The Barber’s Urging by FlatG I just got my first flattop this past week. This story describes EXACTLY how I felt to a tee. My first look left me in total shock at how DIFFERENT I looked, couldn't tell how I felt about it. Thankfully got the loving it/empowered/confident part faster--starting almost immediately when the initial shock died down, and accelerating throughout the day. Loving the boldness of it. Uniforme Obligatorio by Barbero Militar Cada internado que describe Barbero Militar en sus relatos resulta más siniestro. Aquí se recurre a una congregación de origen irlandés para imponer una disciplina extrema a los muchachos un tanto díscolos. Recuerdo que en una película titulada "Los niños de San Judas" se hacía referencia a este tipo de congregaciones. Los rapados que les meten son crueles, más propios de los reformatorios que de los internados privados. Sin embargo, al parecer este régimen dictatorial funcionaba porque el protagonista consiguió licenciarse en derecho. como dice el refrán, no hay mal que por bien no venga. The Barber’s Urging by FlatG Loved the flattop when I had it. Extremely short on the top with 000000 skinned back and sides. I had very fine hair so I was in the barber chair once a week. After two years of this cut, I couldn’t hold back father nature and my MPB.
I succumbed to the shaved head with not much choice. Turns out, the bald head I loved even more. I only wished I had shaved my head years before. Just like this guy I got both positive and negative comments. Funny enough, the women all wanted to rub my bald head.

PECADO DE SOBERBIA by Barbero Militar Otra historia de un cura ultracarca que rapa al cero a un pobre seminarista. Los abusos de este tipo de gente me ponen de los nervios; sin embargo, reconozco haber leído esta historia de un tirón. La ambientación es perfecta. Hoy en día la propia Conferencia Episcopal tomaría cartas en el asunto. No se permitiría este tipo de vejaciones. Creo que con el paso del tiempo hemos ganado en libertad y respeto por la propia individualidad. Aunque reconozco la calidad literaria del escrito el argumento me parece totalmente fuera de lugar, me ha dejado un mal sabor de boca. La mejor descripción que se puede hacer de una barbería tradicional, que como mínimo ha pasado por dos generaciones: padre e hijo. El barbero joven es de una tozudez total. Considera que meter la maquinilla de esa forma a un chico joven es un atropello; no está dispuesto a dar su brazo a torcer. El joven protagonista será pelado a cepillo pero no por gusto del barbero joven. El barbero mayor es más flexible y acepta mejor las normas militares.
