I love the homoerotic undertones between these guys and also their sons.
Getting the back and sides shaved clean just feels so good. I love how they almost envy the MPB. MPB is sexy and a turn on in its own way. It’s the virility of baldness. However, I am not a fan of the Dr Phil look. That’s a little to 70’s for me. The only thing worse is a combover!
For me, I will happily stick with my Norwood 6-7 shaved smooth. I always hoped I’d have MPB and fortunately mine is even more than my dad’s was. Glad to be and stay a smooth hairless baldy.

Piojos: cortar por lo sano by Barbero Militar Se desata el pánico total. Estos chavales todavía eran per-adolescentes y no sabían controlar sus emociones. Un humillante rapado al cero les crearía un trauma. El clímax de terror que se respira en esta historia está muy logrado; según vas leyendo se te pone un nudo en la garganta y una mariposa te baila en el estómago. Las medidas fueron drásticas, no se quiso aplicar lociones anti-piojos. Se buscó el camino fácil: pelar al cero a los chicos y aplicarles un desinfectante en polvo. La barbería de Clemente 3 by BARBERO MILITAR Menudo consuelo para el chaval protagonista que su padre fuera menos severo que el mercero. Dime con quien andas y te diré quien eres, dice el refrán. Si el padre del chico está en contacto con este tipo de intolerantes seguro que se le pega algo. Lo que es evidente es que al muchacho no le van a decidir en nada, por muy personal que sea; deberá usar la ropa que le gusta a su padre y encima se la debe probar con espectadores incluidos. Es una historia que refleja la intolerancia de una época, en la que la libertad brillaba por su ausencia. Reconozco que esta narración está muy bien escrita, sobre todo si se compara con los bodrios infumables que se leen por aquí. Yo quiero un final alternativo, en el que los pre-adolescentes conquisten sus libertades. Soy consciente que pedirle esto a Barbero Militar es igual que pretender que un olmo dé peras. Los que están en la barbería son unos calzonazos que incluso disfrutan de ver como se rapa de manera brutal a un chaval joven, que tiene sus derechos. Hijo del Cuerpo 2 by BARBERO MILITAR Padre obcecado se podría titular este capítulo. Cuando se calentaba mentalmente no había quien lo frenase, sencillamente no atendía a razones. Su compañero era un hombre mucho más sensato y sosegado que reflexionaba, realista y conocedor de la situación del momento. Sin embargo, sus argumentos racionales son rechazados, es como si estuviese hablándole a la pared. Cuando no se utiliza la razón y un hombre se deja arrastrar por el enfado las cosas salen mal. I had a shaved head on and off for about 5/6 years loved it, i had shaved it every day, then i started to grow it, cut it in a short buzz cut,which i hated, got the barber to shave it off, some times i grew it for 2/3 months then cut it a a no2 6mm sides/back and a no6 2cm on top, now for the last 8 years I have my hair cut in a razor skin fade low/mid/high, and sometimes in a very high/tight fade havin every hair shaved off around the top of my head, and the top left short, cut to 15/20/25/30/35mm with a short comb over. El barbero don Gregorio era mordaz, sarcástico, irónico y además poeta. Como se trataba del ritual de ingreso se tomaron imágenes de este acontecimiento. Esos documentos gráficos, que tendrían unos 47 años, de existir realmente serían extremadamente valiosos. El secretismo en que ocurre todo añade mayor dosis de suspense al relato. I remember my grandpa asking me if he should shear me down. He used to tell me that my uncle always asked to be sheared down. He even used the sheep shears on his head many times. This was the 70’s and short hair only existed on my cousin who pulled his hair out. I wouldn’t have dared to get buzzed down like this, although now, looking back, I really wish I had said yes at least once. Instead of fearing short hair and shaved heads, I would have opted in for them much sooner in life.

Muy gráfica la imagen de montañas de pelo de reclutas ensuciando el suelo, enganchándose en las botas de los soldados barberos. Todo sucedía a la carrera, sin tiempo para el detalle. Me imagino las bolsas de basura repletas de rizos y mechones. Lo de la lotería en la cabeza pelona de un recluta también tiene su punto. It took me years to get there (I always wanted to be shaved bald, but didn’t have the balls to get the haircut I really wanted for years). Unfortunately my boyfriends were all against me shaving my head, which didn’t help.

Cut from a Family Friend by noguard Nate had the right idea for a haircut. Perhaps after he fully gets used to it he will tell Nate to ditch the hair altogether and have him buzz him down to a full on, no guard all over baldy. As great as the clippers feel on the sides, going over the top without a guard is a relaxing treat. The end result of having no hair to mess with is even better!

El guardia civil, padre del muchacho, seguramente se hubiera conformado con un corte a cepillo militar para su hijo. Siempre son los barberos pasados de rosca los que llevan las cosas aún más lejos, hasta el extremo. Además, estas situaciones tan humillantes suelen crear en las víctimas sentimientos de culpa, o directamente los convierten en chicos con tendencias masoquistas. Para colmo de males, el padre del joven protagonista le elogia diciéndole que es un profesional de gran valía, un auténtico maestro de la profesión. Me da la sensación de que a un narcisista sádico, como el inclemente, lo peor que le puedes hacer es bailarle el agua y elogiarle. Seguramente se crecerá y pensará que rapar a jóvenes o incluso a caballeros es un derecho. Él decide como debe pelar a sus clientes y se acostumbrará a hacer lo que le dé la gana, hasta que se encuentre con la horma de su zapato y le den para el pelo. El autoritarismo y la soberbia no son virtudes. En los tiempos actuales las autoridades le habrían cerrado el local, después de pagar fuertes multas, como consecuencia de las quejas de sus clientes. El libro de reclamaciones estaría lleno de quejas de sus clientes eventuales.
