By the Chains that Bind Thee (Part 3) by Fantasy Weaver Fantasy Weaver, this second/third part has been so envolving. Your push and pull with the characters is so perfect. I saw one twist coming. I loved the other one (that I didn not see coming) regarding the visions, just f***ing brilliant. Adam is a bit of a mystery to me myself, and I honestly don't know where to take him (I think if he does have encounters after Sebastian, he'd need to find a character full of friction, one that challenges him, but only intuitively and I don't know whether to write about anything before Sebastian since I think I've said what needed to be said). The Worst Home Haircut Ever! True Story! by Recruit It’s funny, as boys we do everything to avoid short hair. All the while, we wonder why the adult men have such short hair (they are adults so why don’t they rebel)…
Then as we get older, almost like a rite of passage, we start to convert to short hair (father nature helps many of us along this path). At this point, we realise how easy short hair is and wonder why we didn’t cut it short years ago.
For the most part, this seems to be the evolution of male haircuts.
However, I now see lots of young boys with short buzz cuts and even a few with shaved heads. Hopefully short hair stays in style and we don’t see boys going back to long hair. by Pauldy on 10 Aug 2023

I think you illustrated the scene really well showing the embarrassment being sheared with manual clippers in front of Tara and her mother. I would definitely have been embarrassed, but also very excited to receive such a haircut.

Lucky you found Clint and didn’t get cold feet about a full head shave.
It actually took me a couple times (and with the encouragement of several other baldies at work) to make a bald head my new and permanent hairstyle (or lack of).
Hopefully you have kept this style year round.
I do often wish I could grow my hair out for a while just to have a good bit to get shaved off at the barbers. Unfortunately, my willpower and my hair follicles don’t cooperate. The most I ever see dropping off is some salt and pepper stubble from the sides (a few days growth).

If I'm being a tiny bit persnickety I'd have liked a little more description of the hair cutting but it's really only a minor thing given how hot the story was. Between the horrific smells and the obnoxious woman, those were just the buildup to the real torture.
As a kid that haircut is what I dodged from my grandfather a few times. Back then, it might as well have been shaved bald since no one had hair that short!

Warning, short hair is addictive! It probably won’t be long until you’re going even shorter. Once your hair is gone, you won’t miss it.
