Las instrucciones del tío Anselmo by BARBERO MILITAR Estos chavales han caído en manos del tío más autoritario que se pueda esperar; es más que evidente que está acostumbrado a hacer lo que le viene en gana y a imponer su voluntad. No se nos explica como reaccionaron sus padres al conocer el rapado brutal que les habían metido a sus vástagos. Seguramente, don Anselmo tendría carta blanca para hacer lo que quisiera con sus sobrinos. Los chavales eran muy sumisos, no se atrevieron a discrepar mínimamente, no podían desobedecer a su tío. Tuvieron que resignarse y aceptar el rapado militar, totalmente desfasado en aquel tiempo. Llevar calcetines altos de Ejecutivo con pantalones cortos tampoco era un signo de modernidad. Stepmother Katie by Jarino A good story and it was well written o yes it brings back many memories when growing up, I use to go to a barbershop as a boy growing up and not a unisex salon, and i was given a proper short back and sides clipper shaved 2+ fingers above my ears and 3+ from my hair line at the back, you felt nothing but skin if you ran your hands up the back of your head, and off course there was some teasing but you yust ignore it, there were some other boys that came to school with the same haircut I had a friend in my class in std 6 and std7 whose dad shaved his head at the end off every holiday he use to have an odd hair here and there showing on his head...for the last 7 or 8 years I cut my hair in a fade at the moment I have a mid skin fade but my favorite one is a razor shave high and tight skin fade shaved really high around the sides and back and on top 1,5 cm now my hair is cut on top to between 2.5cm and 3cm...I always love'd a shorter haircut by Skin fade on 11 Dec 2025
Stepmother Katie by Jarino This is a great story! Your English is very good. My haircut experience was sort of opposite. When I was young, dad took me to the barber’s and I always got short back and sides. At one point, we started going to a barbershop next to the local military base. The short hair that I loved so much was actually cut even shorter although the top was never really short. Not long after we started going there, I changed to a public school and unfortunately the ridicule started. I was teased so much that I was scared of short haircuts (I used to really love them and always regretted not asking for a full buzz cut or even a baldy during summer). My parents didn’t force me to get short haircuts anymore. It wasn’t until college that I started getting short haircuts again (fortunately no teasing). It was then I realised that once I started going short, I would eventually get rid of all of my hair.

Wise Counsel by Manny Keep up the great writing @Manny. This story could definitely have a sequel where Rob shows off his fashionable buzzed hair, or even better, a smooth shaven head. The family moves south and enjoys a slower pace of life where they essentially turn back the clocks on time.

Would be great to see him bring his wife south, where the family moves to town and his wife, eager to fit in, undergoes a similar transformation at a local beauty parlor, maybe to a short pixie cut or a perm, sort of like the Ennis family saga that's one of your best. I think using regular haircuts as a transition to a more wholesome lifestyle is a great trope. I keep thinking of an office story set in the 7o's where a longhaired college grad gets a job in a similar small town and has to cut his hair, conservatize his attire for work, and later finds a female co-worker who had to trade her flowing locks for a bouffant and bell-bottoms for dresses and skirts. Corte de pelo a cepillo raimundiense 1 by BARBERO MILITAR No sé hasta que punto un chaval, a caballo entre COU y 1º de BUP, es consciente de lo que supone formar parte de una sociedad secreta, con innegables connotaciones sectarias, como lo es HERDISCAB. En el fondo, su natural tendencia a la sumisión le permite disfrutar de algo que para la mayoría de los jóvenes de su edad sería insufrible. Ese caballero de IEPIDE, una ramificación de la secta, detecta perfectamente cual de los chicos es el más proclive a la obediencia total y al sometimiento a la institución. Cualquier signo de rebeldía inhabilita al candidato a formar parte del internado. Seguramente habría muchachos mucho más inteligentes, de los que sacan mejores notas pero a los que los rapados brutales les producían alergia. No hubieran aguantado aquella presión, el sometimiento total, hubieran huido en la primera oportunidad. Nos queda claro que los chavales se llevan muy bien entre ellos porque todos son igual de sumisos y obedientes y han demostrado cierta atracción, en mayor o menor medida, por los cortes de pelo. by PELAYO on 10 Dec 2025

Pauldy PAULDY: I really appreciate you writing back so fast. You have commented on so many of my stories, ever since I started submitting them about five years ago. It really takes me a long time to complete a story because I am constantly editing all the time. I guess I'm probably too much of a perfectionist, if I submit a story and then find an error in my writing I really get annoyed with myself. I was an English major in college and I guess that's why I'm so determined to write the best story I can.

Clark and his Dad by Shant @Shant, your stories are so well written and detailed. I love reading them. I did read the other story you mentioned in your comments. It too was great. There was a time when flattops would send me into haircut orbit. Now, nothing beats a smooth shaved head. I love seeing guys who are full on Norwood balding shaving the last bit off(love seeing the hair lines especially around the back). The only thing even better is seeing guys who apparently could have a full head of hair but keep it all shaved smooth bald skin.
Would love to see you write some stories where guys are getting their heads shaved. Especially love it when dads either shave it themselves or take the boys to a barber for a full shave down. by Pauldy on 08 Dec 2025

No One Wanted a Haircut PAULDY , Thanks so much for the compliment on the story I wrote titled "Clark and His Dad." When I first started writing I would get so many comments that it encouraged me to continue writing. I guess I've lost my touch though because I rarely get many comments now.
I don't know if you ever read the story I wrote titled, "No One Wanted a Haircut." I guess because this story is completely true that it has always been one of my favorites. I knew all four guys that I wrote about.
Clark and His Dad is actually the sequel to that story. The first story completely sets up everything that happened to Clark's hair. It took me about a year to come up with a second chapter. Thanks again for reading and sending me a comment.

Welcome changes by Layton leib What a great story I loved it and liked all the details of how she cut Ethan's hair, I was hoping he would go for a fade haircut something nice tight and shaved extremely high around the ears and at the back of his head and that she shaved the back and sides with her straight razor I love the fade haircut's nowadays the shorter around the ears and back the better if I have my hair'cut I will always ask for a skin fade, my other fantasy hair'cut is the horse'shoe flattop with a razor shave landing strip I wish I had the guts to walk into a barbershop sitting in the barber chair asking for this gorgeous haircut I have not seen it cut here so I am a bit scared that it will be a flop I must say that the last few years I have not seen any flattop cut...this is my dream and hopefully wishing that it will come through and not yust a dream.... by Skin fade on 07 Dec 2025

El protagonista acaba sentado frente al espejo y acepta la autoridad de don Gregorio, dispuesto a raparlo de manera inmisericorde. Todos los ojos de los allí presentes se fijan en su cabeza, observan, paso a paso como le despojan del cabello. El barbero tiene un punto de sadismo y el rapado lo realiza con ironía, haciéndole saber al muchacho que no tiene alternativa, ni voz ni voto en este asunto. El hecho de que de todo aquello queden imágenes grabadas y también fotografías es una garantía de que en el futuro los antiguos alumnos podrán recordar visualmente este acontecimiento histórico de sus jóvenes vidas. by PELAYO on 07 Dec 2025
Corte de pelo a cepillo raimundiense 3 by BARBERO MILITAR Hoy domingo, como dispongo de tiempo libre, he decido leerme el final de esta historia, los capítulos 3 y 4. Lo he hecho de una manera pausada, recreándome en las detalladas descripciones que realiza el autor. Es más que evidente que no se trata de un corte de pelo sin más, una rutina como la que se daba en los cuarteles de antaño con los nuevos reclutas. El pelado raimundiense tiene unas connotaciones rituales; se abre la puerta a los nuevos miembros para que formen parte de una hermandad ultrasecreta y ultraconservadora. Seguramente todavía no tendrán acceso a toda la información sobre esta institución, se les alecciona paulatinamente, como ocurre en este tipo de instituciones. Los alumnos no emiten la menor queja, ni dan muestras de desagrado. Obedientemente desfilarán por el sillón de barbero para ser esquilados como mansos corderos. by PELAYO on 07 Dec 2025

El autor se recrea morbosamente en cada detalle; para el protagonista aquel episodio no es algo que pertenezca al pasado, lo revive mentalmente, como si fuera una vieja película visionada una y otra vez. Tuvo que poner el radar para captar todos y cada uno de los pormenores. Nos hacemos perfectamente una idea del nerviosismo que reinaba entre los internos. También entendemos la curiosidad que provocaba entre los miembros de la hermandad el ritual del rapado; de esta manera recordaban su experiencia, la actualizaban en su almacén de recuerdos. Todo estaba perfectamente reglamentado, la improvisación sencillamente no se contemplaba. Hay que imaginarse a los veteranos cantando aquel himno que hacía apología de los rapados extremos. I haven’t dismissed the idea though, but it won’t be anytime soon I’m afraid, since as you no doubt found, it will be a big undertaking. El aristócrata sevillano (completo) by BARBERO MILITAR Este relato se podría titular también "Cura de humildad". El protagonista, por el hecho de pertenecer a la nobleza sevillana, se cree con derecho a todo y mira a los demás por encima del hombro. Sin embargo, va a encontrar la horma a su zapato; en el Cuartel de la Marina de San Fernando no se anduvieron con paños calientes. Si hubiera sido inteligente habría sabido capear el temporal pero fue incapaz de someterse a las normas. El castigo fue brutal: un rapado al 00000 con la Oster. Al parecer aquello le sirvió de escarmiento al tal Bosco; a partir de ese día se mostró más humilde y se refugió en sus creencias religiosas. Don't quite understand how the hand clippers could have cut it shorter.
The razor shaving and scraping against his head would have left him balder and much smoother than any type of clipper would.
Chet's bet -- top and tail on the table by Manny Another awesome Mannyscape makeover! Second only to a completely bald shaved head is the horseshoe. I wore mine with pride and loved my weekly visits to the barber. 00000 on the sides and back with a large landing strip. With fine, rapidly disappearing hair, this took a lot of maintenance. When the horseshoe was almost down to two side strips compliments of MPB, my flattop days, and actually hair days were over for good! With that being said, I admire guys with the tight flattop almost as much as I admire guys with smooth shaved bald heads.

Internado San Raimundo. Experimento 2 by BARBERO MILITAR Queda meridianamente claro que el afeitado de cabeza no es un mero experimento médico. En el fondo se busca someter a los chicos a la más estricta disciplina, se les obliga a renunciar a su cabello como seña de identidad. El barbero deja bien claro que raparse así tiene unas connotaciones de protesta contra los rebeldes sin causa, contra una sociedad que para él está podrida y enferma. La descripción del rasurado craneal es sencillamente magistral, nos hacemos una idea perfecta de cómo fue el proceso. El cura habla del tema en su sermón y les exige a los muchachos que sean humildes y mansos. Take It All Off by SteDJ Good to hear from you, Ste. The reason I personally haven't posted is I haven't had anything to post. Since I did my true story last year, anything else I write would basically be rehashing the same scenario over again and I don't want to do that. I would very much like to read more of your stuff, especially your own true story, which you mentioned doing.
In terms of the wider debate, that is something I have tried to stay out of but since you have mentioned me, I think it is only fair I reply. I agree that the majority of stories here now are highly sexualised. That's not to say a lot of them are not very well written but it's just not to my taste.
"This site is for male haircut stories" is what it says at the top, so I feel there should be room for all types of story as long as it includes a male haircut. I am not aware of any other forum for more R-rated stories, so will keep visiting here and simply reading what I want to read and not reading what I don't want to read. People might have different tastes and different motivations but there is no reason why differing story types should not be able to co-exist.

Clip or Clippers by Deke Cutter Short hair is not just for warm weather! I had people asking me if I was going to grow my hair back once the weather got cold, telling me my bald head would get cold. My response was always the same: "what do you do when it gets cold, put on a hat?" The shorter your hair is, the less likely it is to get messed up by a hat. Hopefully Ted and son keep the hair short and easy to maintain. Wish I had had my head buzzed as a boy. The thought of not having to comb my hair would have sold me immediately.

Take It All Off by SteDJ Hi, SteDJ here. It’s well over a year since I’ve posted anything. There’s a good reason for that, as I’ve seen the focus in the content of many of the stories on here shift more towards gay themed head shaving and other sexually orientated stories, and I no longer feel that my stuff really fits the tone of the site any more. As those of you who have read my stories will know, I focus more on 70s and 80s teenage nostalgia based material, and largely avoid sexual content. I have also noticed a lack of posts in recent times from contributors who produce similar content to myself including Barbershop Memmories, Snipped Sam, Sean Barnet, Buzztob, Stopfordian Stationer and others - could that be for the same reason? The question is, I have more material that I could post, but I am no longer sure that this if the right forum in which to share it. PECADO DE SOBERBIA by Barbero Militar Esta historia, al parecer de un solo capítulo, me ha fascinado. Es evidente que desde el punto de vista de la libertad personal nuestro protagonista fue de Guatemala a Guatepeor; abandonó la casa de su padre porque lo consideraba demasiado autoritario y acabó con sus huesos en el seminario más severo que uno se pueda imaginar. El padre rector no es muy diplomático que digamos, va directo al grano y busca soluciones drásticas. No le gusta la actitud del joven seminarista y decide castigarlo, humillarlo de la manera más severa. Conoce sus puntos débiles y se emplea a fondo. Rapara al cero a aquel pobre joven y afeitarle la coronilla son medidas disciplinarias extremas. Al final, por inercia, aquel joven soñador se convierte en un clérigo siempre dispuesto a obedecer ciegamente a sus superiores. by PELAYO on 30 Nov 2025
