As boys, we got teased about short hair. As men, we get complimented on short hair or shaved heads.

Creo que por muy dóciles que sean los muchachos seleccionados para ingresar en este internado sentirán un cierto miedo ante lo que se les viene encima. Se trata, sin duda, de una organización de carácter sectario que consigue separar a adolescentes, menores de edad, de sus familias y les impone unas severas normas disciplinarias. El rapado brutal no es más que un símbolo de sometimiento. Todo está regulado, no hay lugar para la individualidad. En el fondo, al protagonista le atrae la disciplina extrema porque sabía desde el primer día que le iban a rapar así y colaboró con los miembros de HERDISCAB para ocultar la verdad a los padres; si estos hubieran conocido el sometimiento total al que iban a someter a su hijo lo más seguro es que no le hubieran dejado ingresar en el colegio. El director de ese internado, instituciones que existían en el pasado, es el autoritarismo con piernas. Le gusta imponer su criterio por encima de todo y someter a sus alumnos a la más estricta disciplina. Le desagrada que lleven el pelo largo y elabora un plan para acabar con los melenudos. My Hair Journey by Dan Hi, My mum was a hairdresser when I was a young boy. She used to do home perms for older ladies in our area. I loved seeing them in curlers and having their hair tightly permed in a kind of oyster perm. I became quite obsessed with that style, eventually asking mum if I could have my hair permed that way. During the school holidays I had the most wonderful full head perm. She asked me if I wanted her to do my make up to compliment my feminine hairstyle.
Over the years I had several feminine hairstyles, including, a bouffant, a beehive, a platinum blonde bob with straight fringe and bangs. Now I am in my older years, my hair has all but gone, but as one of the comments on here mentioned, there as some delightful wig styles, which are almost as lovely as the real thing, of which I have many and I wear a different one every day if I wish to. There is no better feeling than waking in a morning, showering, doing my makeup and choosing a wig to compliment the look.

Buen trabajo y poco pelo by Roberto Ahora volví a Esperanza (Sta Fe). Soy ingeniero agrónomo , pero ya jubilado. La historio corresponde a la etapa de mi vida en la que aún estaba por terminar mi carrera. La empresa que me dio trabajo estaba en el barrio de Liniers , en la Av. Rivadavia. trabajé allí casi 15 años. Después cerró, pero los cortes siguieron igual. Primero con el Sr Meléndez , y cuando se jubiló yo iba a una barbería en la calle Homero donde me rapaban igual.

CUIDADO CON LO QUE DESEAS (2) by BARBERO MILITAR Es una historia que está empezada pero que se puede leer perfectamente, se entiende el contenido. El protagonista intenta ser más papista que el papa y se dedica a telefonear al resto de sus compañeros para que sientan la necesidad de cambiar de imagen, de chicos modernos a muchachos disciplinados. No cuenta con la autorización del director, ni de ningún otro miembro del colegio; por lo tanto, lo hace por su cuenta, sin consultar con nadie. Don Alfonso no puede permitir esta injerencia, de ninguna de las maneras. El alumno lamebotas va a probar su propia medicina, le rapará la cabeza de forma despiadada, por sorpresa, ha sido una decisión repentina, no se lo ha pensado dos veces: pelado por pelotillero. Este alumno deberá demostrar al director que está dispuesto a obedecer de verdad y que su humildad es auténtica. ¿Os imagináis que estáis en la barbería y presenciáis la escena?. A mí se me pondrían los pelos como escarpias, eso si no había sido rapado previamente. Magnífico relato.
