Hopefully your next episode, you get daring and ask for something very short. Looking back, I wish I had asked for a short buzz cut when I was a boy. Next by Barbershop memories Love being in the chair for a short haircut. Only thing for me would be the whole head would be buzzed then shaved completely bald. The only good haircut for me means I have no hair left on my head. I enjoy having my head shaved smooth by a barber, but finding one who will get it as smooth as I do is hard to find. I've always personally been team "lots-of-details" over team "let's get right to the haircutting", and your stories consistently deliver. I enjoy reading about(and writing about)the characters'world, getting to know them, and their motivations for getting a short haircut. As much as I wish all men sported buzz cuts, horseshoe flattops, HnT's, shaved heads, or recons, it ain't going to happen, and so when a story can create such a world through detailed writing, "world-building" very loosely speaking, I'm on board. How Everything Continued (True Story) by Bettertobebald I liked the story and agree with Pauldy,I shaved my hair on and off for about 5 years or so and let it grow for a few weeks yust to shave it all off again, I truly miss the shaved head and even more the look and how it feels that I miss the most then one day I yust decided to cut my hair in a mow-hawk with razor shaving sides it then became a burden so i had the top cut short and shave the sides and back and so I decided to shave my head again at times i buzz the sides and back then i shaved my head for over a year all off leaving the top short between 6mm and 10mm for a year, the last 8 years I have my hair cut in a high skin fade I had a haircut yesterday shaving my back/sides cutting the top in a point to the back clipper shave it and then rest and then made it smooth with my scull shaver...I will shave it for the next week with my shaver smooth and then leave it for 2 weeks and have it cut the same...I am looking forward to part 2 hopefully that he will have a nice short haircut and at the old end shaving his head nice and smoooooooth by Skin fade on 24 Jan 2025

A Strict Haircut Regime by Snipped Sam Great story,.. reminds me so much of Me at the same age of the boy and era, ie 13-14 in the mid 1970s.
Long hair was all the fashion for boys and i was no different, but i, like Peter in the story had a real liking for short haircuts, only a few boys at school had what was known as a short back and sides haircut usually as a result of strict parents and not their own choice. I however loved the freshly clipped look and wished i had the nerve to go to a barbers and get one, i would often fantacize and imagine different scenarios of how this could come about and Snipped sam's stories have covered quite a few of them so thanks again snipped sam.

How it all began... by P.J. When I was little, my hair was cut very short, like most children. But in the early 60s, everything changed. I was becoming a teenager and like other guys, I wanted to have "long" hair. Well, long hair was mostly longer on top combed to the side and especially a nice fringe. At home, there was no prohibition on the length of hair (as long as it was clean and combed). So, my fringe was always getting longer. It excited me sexually, and it was the object of my private games. I did everything to hide from others (especially adults of course) the length of my fringe, even if I saw that the hair also interested the other boys who sometimes pulled their fringe down to see who had the longest fringe. My erection was immediate. I couldn't wait to be in my bed at night to jerk off while thinking about it. I'm sure this must speak to some of you. Reading your message to Zero makes me think that you and I are very similar when we write our stories. I write an outline first, most of the time not knowing exactly how the story is going to progress, and sometimes, even end. It continues to evolve as I work on it. It takes me a long time to complete most stories. I read them over and over again, editing and editing, wanting the story to flow smoothly. I was an English major in college and I'm not satisfied until every word is as perfect as I can write. I have to constantly check to make sure that I don't use the words, "that" and "really" too often. I try not to use the same adjectives too many times and I find myself deleting exclamation points all the time. I hope you continue to write many more stories. Shant by Shant on 22 Jan 2025

I somehow missed your previous story 'Charlie, perchance' but this one made me want to check out anything else you had posted and both are very accomplished stories in their own regard. A great story. I guess I’m bald by choice. To be honest I wonder if my wife has a bit of a fetish when it comes to bald guys. Short story is that years ago I got a buzz cut for the summer. I had light brown hair. When I came home (we were both on vacation) she not only loved my style she began working on me to try to shave my head, just once; to say I did it and see how it would look. Imagine a young woman wanting me to shave my head at a time it wasn’t very popular. We were off for several weeks so I surprised her one morning and shaved my head smooth in the shower learning as I went along. I as curious how I would look too. My wife was thrilled and so touched I did it for her. Since it made her happy I kept it shaved. I have my own business so I didn’t need to impress any boss, except the one at home. I tried a buzz cut years ago and my wife absolutely loved it and talked me into shaving the rest. Then she encouraged me to keep the look. It made her happy for some reason and I didn’t mind shaving.
