The obvious scenario would be for Damian to submit to a Nathan inflicted flattop. A great place to start, but Nathan is dire need of a good shearing too. Richard confronts corporate changes by Manny Manny, this one is like all your stories, I love them all, very well written with loads off detail's that is always a good thing I had a few flat tops before and after 2000, I loved them all, but they were a bit weird because I have a bit off mpb at my hair line on both side's having this bit off hair in the center but those years it was not as bad as it is now, one day I want to go bold and ask for a horse shoe flat top with a landing strip,a barber told me it couldbecut butit will be a short one because off the way my hair grow's,I must confess i love all fade haircut, my go to one at the moment is a high and tight razor shaved skin fade, shaved really high around the back and sides with a shaved part on the left and the top cut with scissors to between 1.5cm and 2cm yust to comb to the to the right side, this is my favorite haircut now, in the winter I will have it cut into a low or mid fade and have my hair cut on top between 2.5cm and 3cm, for me the best part off this haircut is when the barber lather'up my sides and back and scrape it clean with a cut-throat razor or yust using his foil shaver to make it nice and smooth I have a scull shaver at home so for the next couple of days I shave it smooth keeping it nice and short, i love the contrast between the short cut hair on top and the smooth skin around the sides and back, I grew up in the 1960's and 1970's and the short back and sides were the haircut i was always send to have, and I liked it although at time's i wanted a square cut, I had this haircut until i went to the army were our 1st haircut was a short back and sides and later yust a short army cut as it was called those years, I hope the fade don't go out off style because this is the haircut I want until it's time to leave this live behind... by Skin fade on 08 Feb 2026
Lawrence's new look by Manny O Manny you yust now how to write, I did not like this one...no...no...no..I SIMPLY LOVE'D IT WELL WRITTEN AND WHAT A GREAT STORY,perhaps a part 2 where the 2 off them going back to the barber's to have another haircut and the guy who got the buzz cut went for a military high and tight with very high white walls razor shaved smooth and the too buzz down to a 1.5mm... or maybea nice south side fade having halfofthe top shaved nice and smooth included his back and sides...and Lawrence get his flat top not yust a flat top but a very short one shoe that yust sits in the front off his top and the back part of the top razor shaved so smooth feeling no short stubble's but smooth skin...WHooo Haaa... I had my hair cut last year for 2/3 months cut in a south side fade but wow that is short to a next level...I'm thinking of cutting it again in a south side fade but leaving my fringe a little longer bumper to comb over and to the back like a short quiff, the best part off these haircut's are the shaving bit and then feeling the nice smoothly shaved skin...BOY'O'BOY WHAT A FEELING I WHISH IT STAYED SMOOTH LIKE THAT FOR LONGER...I THINK IT WILL STAY SMOOTH FOR A BIT LONGER WHEN YOU HAVE IT WAXED...HAD MY NECK AND EARS WAX BEFORE, AND MY NOSE I WAXED FROM TIME TO TIME... by Skin fade on 08 Feb 2026

La barbería de Clemente 14 by BARBERO MILITAR Estamos ante el capítulo de un relato perfectamente elaborado; el autor es alguien erudito que sabe manejar el lenguaje con gran maestría y que además cuenta historias sencillas con gran habilidad. El suspense está presente. Tener que leer el protagonista aquel comunicado con un lenguaje tan alarmante seguramente le pondría aún más nervioso. Es como si existiese un conjuro oscuro contra las modas juveniles, un complot para someter a los chicos. Doesn’t Suit You by NEguy This story is great and really needs a second part. Vinny taken in by Luca who worked him to the bone, while shaving his head basically to the bone took a good looking guy hidden behind a curtain of hair and made him a sexy, hot, mostly bald man. The unwritten sexual tension needs to be explored in the next chapter as these two studs continue to build their bodies and their relationship. All that closeness tells me there’s some hardness trapped inside both guys pants. Aquel teniente coronel era un sádico en el sentido más estricto de la palabra. Les aplica un castigo brutal y va a someter a los delincuentes que allanaron su morada. No nos enfrentamos ante un profesional que intenta complacer al cliente, o en este caso al padre del cliente; es él quien toma la iniciativa y utiliza todo tipo de artimañas para salirse con la suya. Como queda claro en las primeras líneas del relato, no es un hombre culto, de los que se imponen a los demás por su superioridad intelectual. Sin embargo, la astucia, las malas artes para salirse con la suya las emplea cual nuevo Maquiavelo. Para humillar al chico, al que le guardaba rencor por una pequeña travesura intranscendente, lo deja en calzoncillos, camiseta y calcetines altos. Tengo entendido que algunos vigilantes de almacenes como El Corte Inglés o Galerías Preciados humillaban a los muchachos que cometían pequeños hurtos dejándolos en paños menores, en un cuarto habilitado para tal fin; era una manera de bajarles los humos y evitar que jamás volvieran a intentar robar. Estoy hablando de hace más de cincuenta años. Golden by Faded Dusk This story is HOT AS F! Nothing like removing a curtain of hair from a hottie and both enjoying buzzed heads. I had half expected Mateo to join Ozzie and change his over to a 1 all over or even remove the guard and have a really manly baldy.
I love the sexual tension that finally bonded them with buzz cuts. I had the same sexual tension with my sophomore roommate but unfortunately it was early 80’s and the closest thing to short hair was me making the bold move to cut my hair so it no longer covered my ears. Buzz cuts were unheard of then unless you were a school aged brat with a father who hated long hair. The only guys who commented/complimented me were ROTC who had similar short hair. Once I got the hair buzzed off my ears I never had it touching my ears again. I knew I would eventually end up (and definitely wanted to) with a completely shaved head. But I digress. Oh the fun I would have had getting mine and buzzing my roommates head with the best part being sharing a bed with all the gay benefits!

Richard confronts corporate changes by Manny @Manny, you definitely have the knack for relevancy. I’m definitely not a modern trendy guy but I guess when it comes to hair, I’m ahead of my time. I ditched the boring guy haircut in exchange for a flattop in the early 90’s. First time I got my really short FT (would be the only length FT I would have from then on), I stopped in a truckers rest stop and I felt like everyone was staring at me. Haircuts that short didn’t exist in early 90’s. I felt self conscious getting stared at but loved the shortness. I would never really grow my hair back any longer. I was far ahead of the curve on flattops. Fast forward to late 90’s when I started to experiment with head shaves. I remember meeting a friend of my then boyfriend, who had just shaved his head. Looking at his beautiful bald head, I knew then and there I definitely wanted to be bald. I asked my bf to shave my head but had him use a #3 guard (I laugh now). Fast forward 1999 after a few attempts at a shaved head (all without a guard), with the encouragement of strong MPB, I finally got the cut I always wanted, a smooth shaven head! Again, I was ahead of the fashion curve as white guys with bald heads really didn’t exist. As much as I liked the look of a flattop, I don’t miss the maintenance and I can say without a doubt, MPB or not, a bald head is 100% my hairstyle of choice.
Richard needs to casual up and get used to the relaxed atmosphere. But for someone so rigid and structured, a flattop is per!

Forcing Myself Into It by Ken Never had a perm. Closest thing to colouring was when I tried to lighten it. It turned my brown hair red (not what I wanted). Had a few stabs at shaving my head before I made it my permanent "hairstyle". Fortunately, father nature has given me a huge helping hand over the years by bringing me to a Norwood 7. Very easy to keep the head bald when most of the hair is already gone. At this point, having been bald for so many years, you couldn’t pay me to try and grow it back. The feel of walking out of the bathroom (or occasionally stepping out of a barber chair) with a smooth bald head is absolutely wonderful! It’s a powerful statement that I’m not afraid to be myself and the feeling of my head that is 100% smooth skin feels so damn great.
One day, I will get rid of the eyebrows, I trim them fairly short otherwise they would be bushy. Fortunately they have kept my brown colour. The day they go grey is most likely the day I say goodbye to them. by Pauldy on 31 Jan 2026

An Sylvester hatte ich mir nach langer Zeit wieder einen Buzzcut schneiden lassen mit dem Vorsatz für 2026: Nie wieder lange Haare! Es kann nur kürzer werden!
Heute veranlasste mich Deine Geschichte, meinem Vorsatz treu zu bleiben und mein Friseur hat meinen Buzzcut nochmal etwas kürzer geschnitten.
Ich bewundere Kyle das er sich so spontan eine Glatze rasieren ließ. Bisher habe ich mich immer vor der Entscheidung gedrückt.
Nun hoffe ich, dass 2026 mein Jahr sein wird um mir eine endlich mal eine Glatze rasieren zu lassen! Aber irgendwann ist ein Buzzcut so kurz, dass, wenn es kürzer werden soll, nur noch glatt rasiert übrig bleibt - bin mal gespannt ob es wieder Ausreden geben wird oder ob ich mich trauen werde!
Vielleicht gibt es von Dir noch eine inspirierende Geschichte dazu.

military gay shave by liam Slightly hard to read, but I have to say: rarely do I see a guy who wouldn’t look better with a shaved head. Sadly, most of the guys who really need the shave are the ones afraid to do it.
Maybe it’s the gay boy in me, but I don’t see anything positive about women with shaved heads, although I do have full compassion if they have done so, not by choice (illness or medical condition). Starting with the buildup and tension of being with an incredibly hot man (for those of us who prefer men) , the closeness and tension, not knowing if the attraction was two way or not, combined with the sexual tension of getting most of your hair buzzed off, followed by intimacy. Such a warm glorious feeling followed by the full sting of death. The memories painfully enclosed in a casket.
Your story is one that could be made into a movie. The joy and pain carved forever into your mind.

The MPB Pill by Ken Where was this pill when I was in my 20’s?? I saw a picture of me in my late 20’s and I definitely was climbing the Norwood scale. Would have loved to have climbed it by the time I hit 30. If so, I could have skipped all the maintenance of a flattop (very hard to maintain without very fine hair). I always knew I wanted to be bald and was afraid MPB wouldn’t strike hard enough. Fortunately, it definitely did, just not as soon as I would have liked it.
