The short story of a longhaired barber by Storyteller. I like going to a barber with longer hair or a specific style because it meant he appreciated making a style or keeping long hair when I want it long. Some barbers are just about making it regulation or simple and basic so asking them to ducktail cutvit or leave it longer in the back or swept back on the sidesthey just see that as time consuming and dint really want to do it since they just want to cut quick and get paid. by Barbershop Thill on 12 Jun 2024

I would have signed the lease and gotten into the shorter haircuts. Only difference, I would have asked him to buzz the sides down to the skin. And probably would have just asked to get the top buzzed down to a #1 (#2 didn’t stay neat for me).

I know what you mean when you mention those barber chairs on wheels - a bit like office swivel chairs - they were pretty common in many barbers of the 80s as they sought to modernise their shops. Never really liked them and wherever possible I would seek out places with proper traditional hydraulic chairs with the pedestal base. La barbería de Clemente 7 by BARBERO MILITAR Grandes dosis de misterio utiliza Barbero Militar en este capítulo de su gran relato. El padre, como no podía ser de otra forma, pretende imponer a su hijo sus criterios estéticos. En cuanto a las autoridades sanitarias de la época, finales del franquismo, pretendían volver a imponer el pelo muy corto, a cepillo parisién, entre los escolares varones. Lo de la infección de piojos es la excusa ideal para obligar a los jovencitos a visitar la barbería con mucha frecuencia. Los barberos tradicionales, que en aquel tiempo veían peligrar sus negocios por culpa de la moda del pelo largo, se frotarían las manos. I love the feel of the clippers running over my head (I miss having any hair to buzz off the top). The shorter the better! As a young teenager I hated anything to do with haircuts, and even though I became interested in the subject in my mid teens, peer pressure prevented me from going for a big chop until I was about 17.
