Thanksgiving Haircut by Abner

True Story happened Thanksgiving 2020. (Disclaimer, no buzzing or short haircut in this story)

Abner and his parents decided to visit his uncle for the thanksgiving holiday. He was on break from college and spent it with the family. Abners has very long red hair. His hair was pasted his butt, about classic length. It was usually clean blunt cut but since the quarantine, most salons and barber shops were closed, so his hair was looking a bit uneven and messy. He was not a trans or sissy. Normally he would wear guys clothes. However, since his hair got very long, he would on special occasions put on a dress and heels (Especially since he was only 5’2). Crazy was that he looked like a real girl wearing a dress and not a guy at all. Abner grabbed his luggage, put a few guy clothes in but he also put in a mini black sleeveless dress and a pair of strap black high heel sandals. He gathered his hair a put in a messy top bun before they left.


The family traveled from Denver to Cheyenne Wyoming, leaving Wednesday morning and got there by noon, only being two hours away from Denver. They arrived at his uncle’s ranch outside of Cheyenne. After many years of not seeing other, they all hugged and went inside to talk and catch up. Abners uncle, Bill was a rancher but also a part time barber. Bill has a mini barber shop set up connected next to the house. It was previously the bedroom of their kids but after they moved out, Bill turned it into a mini barber shop. It has its own entrance instead of having to enter through the house. On the outside it was painted white with red stripes and had a barber shop pole attached next to entrance door. Now in the inside it was also quite nice. The floor was wood, and the walls were white. It had one vintage barber chair, quite worn out. Along inside was also a bench to seat three guys talking while waiting to get their haircut.


Abner honestly always felt uneasy going to visit his uncle because of the barber shop. Every time he walked by his legs and feet wiggled and shaked. His uncle was always in the barber shop, buzzing or shaving down guys, that made Abner very uncomfortable and nervous. He ever got his haircut by his uncle, even when his uncle offered to give him a free haircut, he always declined. Now more than ever before he was nervous because his hair was extremely long. The last time his uncle saw him, was 3 year prior, his hair was short and tidy (classic side part). Abner noticed his Uncle Bill was staring at him since they arrived. That evening before, Abner went to this bedroom. He let his hair down for the first-time day, brushed it and got ready for bed. His hair was very long.



Thanksgiving morning, Abner got up early to get ready since he knew the rest of the family would arrive that afternoon. He put his mini sleeveless black dress and black strap high heel sandals. The dress was a bit tight, but it looked very nice on him. Also, just a bit of makeup. Then we gathered his long red hair an put it on a high ponytail like Ariana Grande. Brushed it all out to make it look presentable. He went downstairs and saw his uncle was in the kitchen. Bill then turned around and saw a girl with long red hair. It caught him off guard because he did not recognized Abner. After a few seconds he realized it was Abner and not a girl.

"Good morning Abner, how are you?"

"Um good and you Uncle?’- Abner responded nervously

"Well good until you caught me off guard, your hair is very long!" Bill replied.

That made Abner nervous and made him a bit queasy. "Yea it’s pretty long haha"

"You need to get it trimmed; it looks uneven at the ends."

"Yea I know" Abner replied

"If you like, I can trim it and make it look good before the rest of the family arrives" Bill suggested

Abner did not know what to say or think. His heart was racing, and he was feeling queasy. Without even thinking right he agreed to getting his hair trimmed. Bill smiled and told Abner to meet him at barber shop in 5 mins. Realizing what he said yes to his Uncle shook him. He didn’t how to get out the situation now and there was no way of getting out.

Making his way into the barber shop, he saw his uncle getting his tools and cape ready for the haircut. Bill saw Abner and told him to have a seat in the old beat-up barber chair. Abners legs were shaking and you could hear were his heels as he made his way to the chair. He sat on it and almost jumped up because the chair was cold, touching the skin on his legs and shoulders since he was wearing a dress. The heels put his feet in an awkward position which made him sit on the barber chair a bit uncomfortable. Uncle Bill put the cape on Abner, a classic striped one. He went for the Ariana Grande ponytail and undid it. It went tumbling down the back of the chair, covering it completely on top. Then all of sudden two customers walked in, older gentleman in their 60s with short hair. Uncle Bill told them to wait as he has a special client in the chair. The older customers were in amazed seeing a beautiful long-haired redhead in the chair getting her haircut.

Abner felt awkward as two old guys were staring at him getting a trim. Uncle Bill then got a comb and started combing Abners hair. It felt like it was getting longer and longer each time he combed the hair.
"How much hair do you want trimmed off?" Uncle Bill asked

"Cut about 5-6 inches please" Abner replied nervously.

"Ok, it will be significantly you know, that right?"

"Yes, I do"

Uncle Bill had Abner look downward and started cutting it. He used the clippers as it was faster and easier than using scissors. All you could hear was the clippers making the noise as it was trimming off the hair. This made Abner put his legs and feet together nervously. It only took him less than 3 mins to trim off the hair. He got a small mirror and turned the chair so Abner could see the finished result. Its shocked Abner a little bit because like his uncle said it would be significantly shorter.

However now, his long hair red was neat with fresh ends. Uncle Bill removed the cape but before he let Abner go, he brushed his long red hair to make it look tidier. He parted his hair down the middle which made look even better. Abner had a little trouble getting out of the chair because of his heels but when he saw the result, he loved it. His hair was now at hip length, shorter compared to the classic length. Now he could see his nice butt, which even the older men in the barber shop noticed the booty. Abner thanked his uncle for the trim and even volunteered to sweep up the hair on the floor, which the older men liked as they could see the beautiful red head one last time before she left. He then left and went to bathroom to take a few mirror selfies of his new trim which he was in love with.
