Zack kept his hair cut in a flattop for what seemed years. As long as I knew him he always had a flattop. It just looked right on him. His blonde hair stood out perfectly. With the sides cut scalp close ot accentuated the look. Zack never even hinted about changing the old style.

I had not seen him in awhile due to my work schedule. And he worked in another area but close by.Then one day our paths crossed. We both showed up at the same barber. I was there getting my usual clean up by my barber. Since I preferred the feel of a close barber shave every other week. And this was the week.

We greeted each other and I sat down to wait my turn while Zack got his flattop touched up. Or so I thought. Instead, I was almost in shock when the barber proceeded to remove his signature cut. Then lathered up Zack`s head and began shaving his head bald. I asked what is with the head shave? Zack replied I just needed to change my style. And change he did getting what I usually wear. Then my turn. My barber gave me once again a nice clean smooth head shave, Just as he had given Zack.

I commented that the shaved head was different but really looked awesome on him. Zack could not keep his hands off his newly shorn head. The two of us decided to go for lunch at a local hamburger joint. All the while Zack kept rubbing his bald head, and commenting this feels so good. I asked ifhe intended to keep his head shaved. He was not sure but admitted he sort of liked the change.

The weeks passed and I did not see him for a couple of months. Then he stopped in where I worked. Behold I should have been surprised to see Zack with his head still shaven bald. But I wasn`t. It seems that Zack had come to like his new style. And was keeping his head shaved. He told me that he shaves his head every other day. I do that myself off and on. Now both of us shave our heads. But I prefer to let it grow some and then get a good barber shave.

All I can say for Zake the change for him was good. He looks great with his head shaved. Especially with a tan. It looks like he has no hair at all. More than I can say since my hair is darker.
