Callum by Bald K

"I am just going to Facetime Brody and sort out the final bits for my visit," Callum told Gail and Kevin.
"Ok love," Gail said as Callum walked out of the lounge.
"Why has he got to go over to America?" Kevin asked Gail. "He should be preparing himself for university and sorting out a job while he is there."
"Callum has worked very hard to attain the grades he needed to study political history, he deserves a break," Gail told Kevin. "Don’t forget it is his father and not you that is paying for his flight."
"Glad to see the back of him," Kevin retorted. "All he does he spend time in his bedroom and with his cousin, Matt getting pissed all the time."
"I will be glad to see the back of you for six weeks," Callum thought to himself as he shut the door to the dining room and switched on his laptop. Callum saw that his cousin, Brody was online and invited him to facetime with him.
"How’s my English cuz?" Brody said as he accepted to facetime with Callum.
"Looking forward to seeing you in person next Wednesday," Callum replied. "Be great spending time with you."
"I arrive back from college Thursday, so Uncle Jerry will pick you up when you arrive," Brody told Callum. "I have asked Tommy and Scotty to get us tickets to a group called Psykick for the Friday night."
"Not heard of them," Callum replied. "What sort of music do they do?"
"Psychobilly but a bit more punk is infused with it," Brody told Callum. "Hit them up on YouTube."
"I will check them out," Callum grinned. "Are you trying to copy me with the long quiff?"
"Not had time to get it chopped cuz," Brody grinned. "Brian will sort it for me Friday, when I take Rocky to get his haircut for our cousin Jake’s wedding on Saturday."
"Looking forward to that, not," Callum told Brody.
"No worries there cuz, I am barred from the snob boy wedding as I decked him last time I saw him," Brody laughed. "They are not expecting you so we can drink some beers."
"I am only eighteen and you are nineteen, we cannot drink in bars," Callum sighed.
"Sorted cuz, father keeps me a case or two in fridge, just don’t get to pissed up," Brody told Callum. "You up for a haircut next Friday?"
"Might get this guy you call Brian to trim it," Callum grinned. "See you next week."
Callum ended the call with Brody and tapped on the YouTube channel icon and typed in Psykick.
"So, this is what Brody is into," Callum thought to himself as he watched some of the videos before googling Psykick.
"Psykick are a young up and coming band from the city of Dallas with the music influences of psychobilly and punk. Lewis Wilson known as skunk due to his black and white Mohican style haircut is the lead singer and bass guitarist, with his recon haircut, Ash Clarke is the drummer and joint songwriter along with lead guitarist Gus, with his horseshoe flattop.
"That horseshoe haircut looks well wicked," Callum thought to himself. "Deffo diff to the long quiff I have got."
Callum googled flattop haircuts and looked at a few before googling horseshoe flattop and looking at those.
"May try a flattop while I am over with my cuz," Callum thought to himself

"Business or Pleasure?" The woman asked Callum as he handed over his passport.
"Pleasure, I am visiting relatives," Callum replied as he took his passport back and stuffed it into his pocket.
"Enjoy your stay," the woman said to Callum.
"Thank you," Callum said as he walked through the gate and looked up to see where his suitcase would be arriving.
After a few minutes Callum saw what carousel his suitcase would be loaded on and made his way to the baggage reclaim carousel and waited for his suitcase to emerge on the carousel. Picking up his suitcase Callum made his way through customs and looked round for his cousin or uncle. Callum saw his uncle waving at him and made his way over to where his uncle was standing.
"Welcome to America," Callum’s uncle said as he gave Callum a hug.
"Thanks, Jerry, I cannot wait to hook with Brody," Callum replied.
"Brody is at his final day of college and will be home tomorrow," Jerry told Callum. "he is looking forward to catching up with his cousin from England."
"I am looking forward to Brody showing me around your city," Callum replied as he followed Jerry to the parking lot where Jerry had parked his car.
Callum placed his suitcase and rucksack in the trunk of the car and went to get in the driving seat.
"Hey buddy, over here we drive on the other side of the road, and you cannot drive over here," Jerry laughed.
"Yeah, I guess I am used to English cars," Callum replied as he walked round and got into the passenger seat and secured his seatbelt.
Jerry pulled out of the parking lot and started the drive to the house where Callum would be staying with Jerry, Irene, and his cousins Brody and Rocky.
"Nice house," Callum said to Jerry as Jerry drove up the drive to the house. "Must have cost a bit.
"Rewards of having your own business," Jerry told Callum. "You know I could try and get you a scholarship and you could join the company like Brody will be doing.
"Something to think about I guess," Callum replied as he got out of the car and pulled his suitcase and rucksack out of the trunk and followed Jerry into the house. "I thought Brody was considering joining the military?"
"He is, but he will have a job to come back to after he finished," Jerry said to Callum as they walked into the hallway. "Let me show you your room."
Callum followed Jerry up the stairs and into a large bedroom.
"Your shower and toilet is through that door," Jerry told Callum. "I guess you could do with freshening up after your journey.
"I could do with a shower and freshen up," Callum replied.
"Come on down when you are ready," Jerry told Callum as he walked out of the bedroom.
Callum unlocked his suitcase and took his washbag out along with fresh clothes and walked into the bathroom where he saw a bathrobe hanging on a hook along with towels on a rack. Callum turned the shower on before stripping and stepping into the shower and washed himself before getting out of the shower and drying himself. Callum dressed and styled his dark brown hair into his trademark quiff before slipping on his slippers and walking downstairs into the lounge.
"How was your flight?" Irene asked Callum.
"It was cool," Callum replied. "Food was not up to much, but at least the beer was free."
"You do know that you cannot drink alcohol in bars here until you are twenty-one," Jerry told Callum. "But we will allow you to drink beer here."
"Thank you," Callum replied.
"Are you hungry?" Irene asked Callum. "I can fix you a sandwich until we have our main meal."
"That would be nice," Callum replied.
"Ham and cheese ok for you?" Irene asked Callum. "Or are you a veggie?"
"Deffo not a veggie, ham and cheese sounds perfect," Callum told Irene as he sat down on a sofa.
"How long have you had the quiff haircut?" Jerry asked Callum. "Last time I saw you it was in a curtain style.
"Got bored with the curtains and just decided to restyle it when I visited Paul about six months ago," Callum replied. "Actually, that was my last haircut, I had a grade three disconnected fade."
"You might want to consider a short haircut over here in Dallas, it can reach the mid-thirties now," Jerry grinned.
"Possibly," Callum replied. "I do like my hair like this though."
"Do you use a gym back home?" Jerry asked Callum.
"Three or four times a week," Callum replied.
"There is a fully equipped gym in the annexe and the swimming pool outside," Jerry told Callum. "Feel free to use it along with the games room."
"Thank you," Callum replied. "I will try it out in the morning."
"Hey cuz, how are you doing?" Rocky said as he walked into the lounge.
"Doing good, how about you?" Callum replied.
"Looking forward to when my big bro get back from college," Rocky grinned. "Can you drop me off at Blake’s place?" Rocky asked his mum. "Is it ok if I stay overnight? his olds are cool with it."
"Don’t forget Brody is taking you for a haircut for your cousins wedding," Rocky’s mum reminded Rocky.
"Yeah, whatever, I will be back to get a haircut on Friday," Rocky said to his mum as he secured his hair with an Alice band. "Catch you Laters cuz," Rocky said to Callum as he walked out of the lounge with his mum.

"Where is my cuz!" Brody shouted out as he walked into the house.
"OI Cuz, here I am," Callum said as he walked out of the lounge. "Been a while since we last hooked up apart from Skype and facetime."
"Yeah like four years for the wedding of your mum to your stepdad," Brody grinned. "How is life in the Kerry household?"
"S*** to be honest," Callum sighed. "Weekends are like constant bickering, and they blame me for the s***."
"At least you have not got to put up with that for the next six weeks," Brody told Callum.
"And then I am off to university," Callum grinned. "I cannot wait."
"Let me grab a shower and then we will head off into the city," Brody told Callum. "Introduce you to some of my buddies."
"Sounds cool," Callum said to Brody.
Brody took his bags up to his room and quickly showered before getting dressed. "Need the hair chopped big time in the morning," Brody thought to himself as he brushed his black hair. "Go and see Brian to sort it along with my bros hair."
Brody slipped his sneakers on and made his way back down to the lounge where Callum was waiting for him.
"Dude I need to kit you out tomorrow, so you don’t look so touristy," Brody told Callum. "Let’s get into the city."
"Nice car," Callum said to Brody as he saw Brody’s BMW sports car.
"Sure is, now get in so I can introduce you to some of my buds," Brody said as he got in his car.
Callum got in the passenger seat and Brody drove off towards the city. Arriving in the city Brody pulled up in a parking lot and turned the engine off. Callum followed Brody out of the parking lot and into a diner.
"What you fancy to drink?" Brody asked Callum as they sat down.
"Just a cola," Callum replied.
"Two colas," Brody told the waitress. "Oi, Tommy, over here bud!" Brody shouted out as a young man with light brown hair walked in.
"When did you get back?" Tommy asked Brody as he sat down.
"About an hour ago, how about you?" Brody replied.
"Yesterday, I skipped the final lecture," Tommy told Brody. "Who is your bud?"
"This is my cuz, Callum from England," Brody told Tommy.
"Nice to meet you," Tommy said to Callum. "You here for long?"
"Six weeks, I then go back and start university," Callum told Tommy.
"Nice one," Tommy said to Callum. "What are you studying?"
"European law," Callum replied. "Uncle Jerry has offered to see if he could get me a scholarship over here."
"His ulterior motive would be to get you in the family business like me, after I have done my time in the marines," Brody told Callum. "Anybody else about tonight?" Brody asked Tommy.
"No, but there are a few of us going to so Psykick tomorrow night at the underground."
Tommy told Brody. "I got the tickets for you and your cuz."
"You will meet some of my other buds then tomorrow," Brody told Callum.
"Sure, be good to get to know your buds," Callum replied.
"What time are you thinking of meeting up tomorrow?" Brody asked Tommy.
"I am meeting Dutch at nine and we are going to see Brian for a haircut and then Dutch has an appointment somewhere but is not saying what for," Tommy told Brody.
"I am getting the hair chopped, so meet you about nine for some brekkie and then get the haircut?" Brody suggested to Tommy.
"Sounds a plan," Tommy said to Brody. "You getting a haircut bud?" Tommy asked Callum.
"Not planning on getting a haircut bud, I last had a grade three disconnected fade, but that was like six months ago when I had curtains," Callum told Tommy.
"Curtains? Jesus that is so outdated," Brody said to Callum. "Brian could do you a great flatty."
"Maybe," Callum grinned knowing that he was seriously considering getting a flattop.

"You are well fit cuz," Brody said to Callum as they walked out of the gym and Callum went to his bedroom and showered before going down into the lounge where Brody and Rocky were waiting for him. Callum followed Brody and Rocky out of the house and got in a different car and secured his seat belt before Brody drove out onto the road and headed into the city. Brody parked the car and Callum followed Brody and Rocky to the diner they went to the previous night and saw Tommy and another couple of young men in a booth.
"Dutch, how are you?" Brody asked a young man with blond hair.
"Doing great, who is quiff with you?" Dutch replied.
"This is my cuz, Callum from England," Brody told Dutch. "Are you at Psykick tonight?"
"Yeah bud, I need to get my haircut first as I have an appointment at eleven for some work on me," Dutch replied. "You getting a haircut?" Dutch asked Callum.
"Not really thought about it," Callum lied to Dutch. "Why do they call you Dutch?"
"My name is Ben Holland, they just decided to call me Dutch after the Dutch people," Dutch told Callum.
"I am getting a haircut as well," Rocky grinned. "But not going to tell you what cut I am getting."
"Let’s just say you will not need the Alice band anymore," Brody told Rocky as Scotty walked over. "Father has told me you have to get it cut short for the wedding."
"You cool guys?" Scotty said as he walked over and sat down. "You must be Cal, Brody and Rocky’s cuz from across the pond."
"Let’s get some brekkie before we go and see Brian for the haircuts," Tommy said as a waitress walked over. "what are we all having?"
"How about pancakes and coffee?" Brody suggested.
"Sounds good," Tommy replied. "Pancakes and coffees please," Tommy said to the waitress.
"Can I have a cola instead of coffee please," Rocky said to the waitress,

"That was different for breakfast," Callum said as he finished his last pancake. "At home it was muesli every day."
"You really are having it tough at home," Brody said to Callum as he paid for the breakfast. "Come on bro, haircut time and don’t forget dad wants it so he can see your ears," Brody reminded Rocky.
"Yeah, I know," Rocky grinned. "It will be short for him."
Callum followed Brody and the others out of the diner and turned a corner to see a spinning red and white barber’s pole. Arriving outside the shop Callum saw the words Brian’s traditional American barber shop etched on the door. Brody pushed the door open, and Callum followed them up a flight of stairs into a small barber shop with an old-style barber chair facing a large mirror with a heavily built young man with a shaved head and tattooed arms and hands sitting in the chair.
"Been a while guys, how we all doing?" Brian asked the group as he stood up.
"Back from college and ready for haircut," Brody replied. "You at the Psykick gig tonight?"
"F*** yeah bud, an young and upcoming psychobilly band getting rave reviews," Brian replied. "Which of you guys are in the chair first?"
"That will be me," Dutch said as he hung his jacket on a hook and sat in the chair.
"What are we doing with this mop then?" Brian asked Dutch as he secured a red and white pinstripe cape.
"Inch wide mohawk, shaved sides," Dutch replied. "Liberty spiked."
"You got it," Brian said as he combed through Dutch’s blond hair before sectioning it off and picking up Oster clippers, checking it was the five zero blade on them.
"Dutch getting a mohawk? That is one haircut I never expected to see on him," Scotty said as he sat down on the waiting bench.
"Me neither," Tommy said as Brian ran the Oster’s up the side of Dutch’s head removing over three inches of dark blond hair.
Callum watched fascinated as Brian continued to shave Dutch’s hair off leaving a minute amount of stubble. Brian finished shaving both sides of Dutch’s head leaving the inch of hair for the mohawk. Brian switched on the lather machine and spread the hot lather over the stubble before shaving the sides smooth with his straight razor.
"I reckon to get you a great mohawk I will need to take it down to about three inches," Brian told Dutch. "After that we could train it to go higher."
"That is if my olds don’t flip and get me to shave off the hawk," Dutch told Brian. "You know how conservative my olds are."
Callum and the others watched as Brian trimmed the remaining hair down to three inches before working glue into the hair and forming the liberty spiked mohawk.
"How do you like it?" Brian asked Dutch as he showed Dutch the finished liberty spiked mohawk in a mirror.
"F***ing love it," Dutch said with a massive smile on his face.
Dutch got out of the chair after Brian removed the cape and paid Brian for the haircut.
"See you guys in the diner at seven," Dutch said as he put his jacket on before walking out of Brian’s barber shop.
"Which of you guys are next then?" Brian asked.
Scott stood up and walked over to the chair and sat down.
"Summer cut?" Brian asked as he secured the cape.
"All off bald like you bro," Scott told Brian.
"You got it," Brian said as he started to shave off Scott’s light brown hair. "Don’t know why you don’t shave it while you are at college."
"To busy with parties and other s***," Scott laughed. "Also, it gets cold where I am.
Brian quickly removed Scott’s hair with the Oster’s before covering the stubble with hot lather and shaving Scott’s head smooth.
"Oh yeah, back to smooth," Scott said as he rubbed his freshly shaved head.
"And who is next?" Brian said as he put Scott’s money in the till.
"Same as Scotty," Tommy said as he sat down and Brian caped him up.
Brian quickly removed Tommy’s hair and shaved Tommy’s head smooth and was soon looking over at Brody, Callum and Rocky.
"Go on bro, remember what father wants with your hair," Brody told Rocky.
"Yeah, don’t worry bro," Rocky said as he walked over and sat down in the chair.
"What’s it to be?" Brian asked Brody as he caped Rocky up and removed the Alice band. "When was the last time you got a haircut?"
"Recon high and tight, grade one on top with the back and sides white walled smooth," Rocky told Brian before Brody could say anything. "Last haircut was about a year ago when you gave me a grade three crew with a bumper that my father told you to do."
"Is it that ok with you?" Brian asked Brody. "It is a massive change and Rocky will look virtually bald with his blond hair."
"Are you sure that is what you want?" Brody asked Rocky. "You know Brian cannot stick your hair back on."
"Bro, father said he wanted me to get it cut short with my ears showing," Rocky replied. "I have always thought of getting a skinhead type crop."
"If that is what he wants do it," Brody told Brian. "He is coming up to fourteen."
Brian picked up the clippers, changing the blade to the grade one and flicked the switch and ran a comb through Rocky’s hair.
"Are you sure you want the high and tight recon?" Brian said to Rocky as he lifted Rocky’s fringe with his comb and placing the Oster’s at the hairline.
"Do it, stop trying to get me to change my mind," Rocky told Brian. "I want the hight and tight recon with white walled back and sides."
"No going back now," Brian said as he ran the Oster’s down the centre of Rocky’s head removing nearly six inches of hair.
"Dad cannot say my hair is to long now," Rocky grinned as Brian ran the clippers over the top of Rocky’s head and more hair fell onto the floor.
Brian ran the clippers over the rest of Rocky's head leaving the hair a uniform three millimetres all over. Brian changed the blade to the five zero and marked out the recon on the top of Rocky’s head before running the Oster’s up the back and sides of Rocky’s head leaving a slight blond stubble. Brian checked the back and sides of Rocky’s head before switching the Oster’s off and placing them back on the hook.
"Does Rocky want the back and sides razor smooth?" Brian asked Brody as he Put the Oster’s down.
"Do you want the back and sides smooth?" Brody asked Rocky.
"Of course I do," Rocky replied. "Dad will probably flip when he sees me as a skinhead," Rocky laughed. "But I want the back and sides smooth.
"I can guarantee it," Brody replied. "He will also have a go at me for letting you get it done."
Brian spread hot lather round the back and sides of Rocky’s head before picking up his straight edge razor and shaving the back and sides of Rocky’s head smooth.
"How do you like it?" Brian asked Rocky as he showed Rocky his new haircut.
"Oh yeah, father will not be able to say my hair is not short enough now," Rocky grinned. "I love it, I love the feeling of no hair on the back and sides," Rocky said as he rubbed the back of his head as he got out of the chair and Brody walked over and sat down.
"What’s it to be?" Brian asked Brody as he caped him up and ran the comb through Brody’s black hair.
"High and tight flat with a landing strip," Brody told Brian. "Take the top down to about an inch."
"Razored back and sides with the strip?" Brian asked Brody as he took the Oster’s off the hook and switched them on.
"Why not, I cannot let my younger brother have the back and sides shorter than mine," Brody replied.
Brian ran the Oster’s up the side of Brody’s head and deposited the black hair in the cape. Brian quickly removed the rest of Brody’s black hair off the back and sides before switching the Oster’s off. Brian opened a tub of butch wax and took a dollop of it out and rubbed it into Brody’s hair on top of his head before wiping his hands and picking up a stiff brush and hairdryer. Brian worked on Brody’s hair to get it standing upright before switching the hairdryer off and placing the brush back on the workbench. Picking up a flattop comb and his Oster clippers, Brian started to reduce the hair on the top of Brody’s head to create the flattop, reducing the top down to just over an inch before running the Oster’s down the centre of Brody’s head to sculpt the landing strip.
"That looks a real awesome haircut," Callum thought to himself as he watched Brian spread hot lather over Brody’s stubble. "Play it cool and make it look like they persuaded me to get a flattop."
Brian carefully shaved the back and sides of Brody’s head before carefully shaving the landing strip. Brian wiped the excess lather off Brody’s head before doing a couple of refinements to Brody’s flattop before removing the cape.
"How does that look?" Brian sked Brody as he showed Brody the back and sides of his head before showing Brody the landing strip.
"Awesome, a lot better than I thought it would be with the landing strip," Brody told Brian. "Come on cuz get in the chair," Brody said to Callum as he stood up and walked over to the waiting bench.
"I don’t know," Callum said. "Give me a couple of days and I might get a haircut."
"Look, Brian knows what haircut will suit you," Brody told Callum. "What do you think would look good on Cal?"
"With his features and his good head of hair, I would recommend a similar style flattop to yours," Brian replied. "Whitewall the back and sides and Graduate the flattop from just over an inch to fade in with the whitewall."
"Come on cuz, cannot let you be the only one with hair on the back and sides," Rocky said to Callum. "Have a feel of how cool it is not to have any hair on the back and sides."
"It does feel different," Callum told Rocky as he felt the back of Rocky’s head.
"Are you in the chair or not?" Brody asked Callum. "You don’t want to look out of place with your quiff when we see Psykick tonight."
Callum ran his hands through his black hair before slowly standing up and walking over to the chair and sitting down.
"Do what you think is best for my hair," Callum told Brian as Brian secured the neck strip around Callum’s neck before tucking the cape in.
"Trust me, you will rock the flattop," Brian told Callum as he ran a comb through Callum’s hair.
"I hope you are right," Callum nervously replied as he heard the Oster’s fire up.
Callum watched nervously as Brian ran the comb through his hair again before running the Oster’s up the side removing the sideburns that Callum had grown.
"No going back now cuz," Brody grinned as Brian removed more hair from the side of Callum’s head.
"I guess not," Callum replied as he watched more of his long black hair fall into the cape.
Brian finished shaving the back and sides of Callum’s head and switched the Oster’s off and placed them back on the hook.
"With your quiff I will not have to use any butch wax on your hair," Brian told Callum as he picked up a different flattop comb and ran it through the hair left on Callum’s head.
"This is it, I am getting a proper flattop," Callum thought to himself as Brian took the Oster’s off the hook and switched the Oster’s back on.
Callum watched as Brian lifted Callum’s black hair with the flattop comb revealing how long Callum’s hair was on top.
"Must be over four inches of hair here," Brian said to Callum. "Soon get rid of it."
Before Callum could reply, Brian ran the Oster’s over the flattop comb removing two inches of Callum’s hair. Brian continued to reduce the hair on the top of Callum’s head to just over an inch before changing to a flattop comb that was graduated and took the hair down so the hair blended in with the five zero stubble that was left on Callum’s head before running the Oster’s down the centre for the landing strip.
"I look so different with this haircut," Callum thought to himself as Brian lathered up the back and sides along with the landing strip. "This feels so weird," Callum thought as he felt the razor removing the remaining stubble on his head along with the landing strip.
Brian wiped the excess lather off Callum’s head and checked the flattop was to his liking before removing the cape.
"How is that for you?" Brian asked Callum as he showed Callum the back and sides of his head along with the top with the shaved strip.
"I love it, thanks for suggesting this haircut," Callum replied as he rubbed the back of his head. "It feels weird not having any hair on the back and sides of my head."
"Told you Brian knows what haircut people should have," Brody told Callum as he paid for the haircuts. "Get you back in the chair the day you fly back if you want it redone."
"Maybe," Callum grinned.
"See you guys at seven in the diner before we go to the gig," Brody told Scotty and Tommy as they walked out of Brian’s shop.
"Sure," Tommy replied. "Your cuz looks f***ing amazing with his flatty," Tommy said to Brody.
"Only coz we worked on him to get in the chair," Rocky laughed.

"Time to face the parents," Brody told Rocky as he heard his parents walk in. "Let’s get it over with."
"Guess so," Rocky replied as he paused the music to which they were listening. "Carry on listening to black moon of Jupiter after I get a dressing down about the haircut," Rocky said to Callum.
"I will come with you, see what they say about my new haircut," Callum grinned.
Callum followed Brody and Rocky out of the gaming room and into the lounge where Irene and Jerry were sitting.
"I got a haircut," Rocky said as he walked into the lounge. "I hope Brian cut it short enough for you."
"What the hell have you gone and done!" Jerry shouted at Rocky as he saw Rocky’s haircut. "I did not tell you to get a skinhead!"
"You told me to get it cut short, so I got a recon high and tight," Rocky replied. "Brody and Callum both got haircuts as well."
"I told you to make sure he got a short haircut, not get his head shaved!" Jerry shouted at Brody. "You are eighteen and can decide on your haircut, Rocky is just a kid!"
"Rocky is old enough to decide on his haircut," Brody told his father.
"Well, it will grow out," Jerry sighed. "I see Callum decided to get his haircut or did you force him to get his haircut like yours?"
"It was my own choice," Callum replied. "When Brody had his haircut I asked Brian if it would look good on me," Callum lied.
"Next thing we knew Callum was in the chair getting his haircut," Brody told his father. "Anyway, me and Callum are off to see Psykick, we will get something to eat at the diner before the gig."
"I got you a debit card," Jerry told Callum as he handed the card to Callum. "No limits on what you spend, you are our guest here."
"Thank you uncle," Callum said as he put the card in his wallet and checked the PIN.
"Don’t forget to get me a shirt," Rocky reminded Brody.
"Come on cuz, I think I have some gear you can borrow so you look the part at the gig," Brody told Callum.
Brody and Callum walked into Brody’s room and Brody opened up his wardrobe and selected a pair of bleached jeans and a Psykick t-shirt and handed them to Callum. Callum stripped down and pulled on the bleached jeans and the t-shirt.
"What size boot do you take?" Brody asked Callum.
"Size ten, not sure on what size they are here," Callum replied.
"Think they are about the same," Brody said as he handed Callum a pair of doc marten boots.
"Can you help me lace up the boots," Callum asked Brody.
Brody showed Callum how to ace up his boots before changing into similar clothing and putting his boots on.
"You look different now cuz," Brody grinned. "A proper psychobilly boy."
"Certainly, look different to what I did yesterday," Callum replied. "Get you to kit me out with my own stuff tomorrow."
"My pleasure," Brody grinned. "Time to get to the diner and hook with the other psychos."

Brody and Callum walked into the diner and saw Scotty sitting in a booth and walked over.
"Hey, how did it go with your olds when they saw Rocky’s recon?" Scotty said as Brody and Callum walked over and sat down. "You look the part now," Scotty told Callum.
"Not as bad as I thought it would be," Brody replied. "I think it looks really cool on him."
"Yeah, it is a cool cut for summer, I hear it could hit forty next week," Scotty grinned. "What did they say about Cal’s flatty?"
"Not much, they accused Brody of forcing me to get the flatty," Callum grinned. "Brody is going to help me get kitted out tomorrow."
"Evening guys, like the mods?" Dutch said as he sat down.
"F***, is that a real tatt on your skull!" Brody exclaimed as he saw a fire breathing dragons head on the side of Dutch’s scalp. "What’s with the metal as well dude?"
"Call me psycho punk," Dutch grinned. "Yeah it is a real tatt on the skull along with the septum ring and bridge bar."
"What the f*** made you get it done?" Scotty asked psycho punk.
"Had it planned for a couple of weeks after I saw skunk from Psykick getting it inked on his skull, I hit eighteen and booked it in with Taz," psycho punk replied. "Must admit it did hurt a bit having the tatt done on the scalp."
"You had it done then?" Tommy said as he sat down. "Skunk had his done a couple of weeks ago, he showed it being done on YouTube."
"You knew psycho punk as he wants to be called was getting it done?" Brody asked Tommy.
"Cryptic post saying ink time? On my Facebook," Psycho punk grinned.
"Time to get to the venue," Brody said as he checked his watch. "Brian is meeting us there."
"Taz is meeting us there as well," psycho punk told the group.
Callum followed Brody and the others out of the diner and after a short walk arrived at the venue where Psykick were performing. Callum handed his ticket over and followed Brody down some steps into the venue.
"I have to get Rocky and myself a shirt," Brody told Callum. "I want to get the current album dragon fire on the limited red and yellow flame vinyl with the remixes.
"I will come over with you," Callum told Brody.
Brody and Callum walked over to the merch stall and looked at the merch.
"What can I get you?" A young man with a Mohican asked Brody and Callum.
"A copy of the limited-edition version of dragon fire and one large and one medium tour shirt," Brody told the young man.
"What can I get you?" A young man with shaved head asked Callum.
"A copy of the vinyl and a large tour shirt," Callum replied.
Brody and Callum paid for the shirts and vinyl and walked back over to where psycho punk, Scotty and Tommy were standing.
"Hey guys, how do you like psycho punks ink and metal?" Taz said as she walked over. "Give you a discount if you get it done.
"Maybe on my chest," Brody grinned. "I would be disowned and booted is I got it done on the scalp."
"Let me know when you want it done," Taz grinned.
"Time to get in the pit," Scotty said as the lights dimmed and Psykick walked on stage.

"That was a great night," Callum said to Brody as he walked into the kitchen. "What time are your parents off to the wedding?"
"They have just gone into the city to pick up the outfits," Brody replied. "How is the skinboy?" Brody asked Rocky as he walked into the kitchen.
"Not wanting to go to snob boys wedding," Rocky replied. "Have they gone to pick up the outfits?"
"Yes, they should be back soon," Brody told Rocky.
"Great, it will give you time to shave the back and sides of my head and make them smooth," Rocky told Brody. "You can do it now."
"I suppose so," Brody sighed. "Get in my bathroom."
Callum followed Brody and Rocky into his Brody’s bathroom and Rocky removed his Psykick t-shirt and Brody applied shaving gel to the sides and back of Rocky’s head and picked up his razor.
"Don’t cut me," Rocky said to Brody. "Father will not be happy if he sees me with blood on my skull."
Brody slowly shaved the back and sides of Rocky’s head making sure he did not cut Rocky’s head before wiping off the excess shaving gel.
"Oh yeah, maybe I should have got Brian to shave all of my hair off," Rocky said as he rubbed the back of his head. "Maybe you could get clippers and do my hair every week," Rocky suggested to Brody.
"Father does not like how you had it shaved off this time," Brody reminded Rocky. "He would not allow me to cut your hair."
"Whatever," Rocky grinned as he put his shirt back on before walking into the kitchen just as his parents arrived back with the wedding outfits.
"Are you ready?" James asked Rocky. "God knows what they will think about you being a skinhead."
"I like it cut like this especially the shaved back and sides," Rocky told James. "Maybe you should buy some clippers so Brody can do it weekly."
"You are growing your hair, you will not be getting a haircut for the foreseeable future," James told Rocky. "Now get you bag we have to make a move."
Rocky went to his bedroom and picked up his small case and walked back into the kitchen and over to where his father was waiting for him.
"Have you shaved Rocky’s hair on the back and sides?" James asked Brody. "It seems to be smooth again."
"Yes, I did it a few minutes ago," Brody replied. "I will not do it again."
"To right you will not be doing it again," James told Brody. "We will talk about this when we get back tomorrow afternoon."
"Yes father," Brody sighed. "We will talk about it tomorrow."
"Get in the car," James told Rocky.
Brody and Callum watched as Rocky got in the car with his parents and drove off for the wedding.
"Still want to get kitted out in the psychobilly and punk stuff?" Brody asked Callum.
"F*** yeah," Callum grinned. "Boring Callum is dead; psychobilly punk Callum has been born."
"Get in the car then," Brody told Callum.
Callum slipped his shoes on and followed Brody out of the house and got in the car. After a short drive Callum followed Brody into a small shopping arcade and into a shop called rebel inside to see the shop full of psychobilly, punk, and skinhead clothing.
"Bro, when did you get back?" A young man with a shaved head said to Brody. "Love the flatty."
"Got back a couple of days ago and Brian done the flatty yesterday," Brody told the young man. "Meet my English cuz, Callum, he wants to be kitted out in psycho and skinhead gear."
"English boy with a flatty," the young man grinned. "Let’s get you sorted."
Brody and Callum sorted out some shirts, trousers, and boots and paid for them before walking out of the shop and back to the car.
"Cuz, you know you done Rocky’s hair, how would you feel about shaving the back and sides of mine along with the strip?" Callum asked Brody.
"I was going to ask of you feel confident enough to redo mine," Brody told Callum. "Worse thing that can happen is we go bald like Scotty and Tommy."
Arriving back home, Brody and Callum walked inside, and Callum placed his new clothes and boots in his room before walking into Brody’s bedroom where Brody had placed a chair in his bathroom.
"Do your flatty first?" Brody asked Callum.
"Sure," Callum said as he sat on the chair and Brody draped a towel over Callum’s shoulders.
Callum watched in the mirror as Brody lathered up the back and sides along with the landing strip before carefully shaving the back and sides smooth before doing the landing strip.
"Awesome, cuz," Callum said as he stood up and rubbed the back of his head. "Your turn."
Brody sat down and a few minutes later Callum had shaved the back and sides along with the landing strip smooth.
"We had better start growing it out I guess, otherwise the top will grow out and will not look right," Brody told Callum. "Let’s get in the pool."
Callum went back to his room and stripped down and put a pair of swimming shorts on and walking out to where Brody was already in the swimming pool. Callum dived into the swimming pool and swam over to where Brody was leaning on a bar.
"It sure feels weird having no hair on the back and sides of the head when you feel water on the skin." Callum grinned.
"It sure does cuz," Brody laughed. "You will need butch wax on the flatty when it dries out, I will style it for you."
"Cheers cuz, is it too early for a swift beer?" Callum asked Brody.
"Never too early," Brody grinned as he got out of the pool and getting two bottles of beer out of a fridge before getting back in the pool and handing Callum a beer.
