NEXT love my new look by Barbershop memmories

This story follows on from my previous five stories.

As we left Fletchers barbershop and walked to my Dads car, i found myself constantly rubbing the sides and back of my head with my fingeres, the electric shaver he used had got them completely smooth and it felt fantastic, they looked really smooth and shiny too when i saw my reflection in the shop windows as we walked passed them.

I loved my new look and really didn't care what anyone else thought or said at school or otherwise.

Davids Mum said her goodbyes and left us to go and do her shopping.

We got in the car and set off for the swimming baths, lookin at both of us sat in the back via the mirror, i'm just going to drop you off at the baths, there's a few things i need to do, ill give you some extra money so you can both get something to eat, ok. Yeah ok Dad.

After quite a pause.

Its really short you know Christopher,, i,i mean, It's,, Really short.

What is, i said, trying not to grin and look puzzled at what he said.

Your hair, your hair, is that really how you wanted it, i mean, what's your Mum going to say, i'm not sure she'll even recognise you, it's so drastic, you look completely different.

Don't you like it, i do.

Yes of course i do, it's just a bit of a shock every time i look at you in my mirror, thats all.

Well you said i had to have it short, you agreed with what Fletcher said,,, thats what i'm going to tell Mam.

I DID NOT! Not short like that.

I'm only joking Dad.

Well you just make sure you tell her it's how you wanted it ok.

Don't worry Dad i will.

Can we have enough money for fish and chips, he laughed a little, i suppose so.


Once again i found myself rubbing the palm of my hand up the back and sides of my head, i loved the feeling of the silky smooth skin on the back and sides, the feel and sound of the tiny bristles high up near the top was also irresistable.

David leaned over to me and whispered, it feels great doesn't it, i smiled and nodded in agreement with him and just said, yeah.
