The last story ended with me being allowed to practice short simple crew cuts to the members of the local sea cadets using the clippers with a guard on them,
Hank had arranged this with their Captain after i showed him the letter confirming my acceptance to the barbering course at the local colledge.

That Sunday i had done all 7 boys.

Hank was genuinely amazed at the natural skill i had shown in my use and the way i handled the clippers, he didn't have to put any finishing touches to any of the boys haircuts after i was done.

It had been the best experience of my life.
The feel of the vibrating clippers in my hand as i held them and the scraping sound they made as i ran them up the sides and back of their heads and over the top, front to back was just amazing.
